I could cry!!! The week I had previously as an educator really took a toll on me. So much so that I took off from work this week and decided to catch up on the long list of professional development modules required by our district. I came to Starbucks and really received exceptional customer service! I was able to sit quietly and comfortably and finish all of my modules and I just felt so refreshed. From the leftover Halloween treats, the sample drinks and warm smiles it was only God who led me here into this wonderful experience. I debated coming here but I am so glad I did. Thank you So much Jen and staff for making my day. I was completely overwhelmed and your compassion and customer service helped me out tremendously. No one said anything to me about my three computer screens everywhere. I’ll definitely be back as a regular. My heart is full. May God bless you each for filling my cup today. And shoutout to Melissa, Jen, and Tanya they brought samples and served me throughout my time. Melissa left such a kind note and a new drink!

Brand New Starbucks Alert‼️ Opened, Monday, 4 August, 2025.
Come inside and experience that new store smell with freshly made drinks and pastries. I came in for few hours and ordered, Grande Earl Grey Black Tea. The staff are polite and greet you as you walk in the door or Drive Thru.
Give the staff here a chance to make your order right. They’ve been greatly received since opening. So much so that they ran out of some items, last week. While you wait on your order, you can wait and enjoy the new Coffee Shop atmosphere.
You can find one large leather bench against large windows, with plenty of outlets for your devices. Ten tables and twelve chairs. By the entrance, you can enjoy comfy, four black leather chairs.
Outside you will find large patio with nine tables and eighteen chairs. Overall, staff did a wonderful job and the atmosphere is welcoming for both meet ups or getting work done.
Special thanks to Aubrey, she’s a store manager at Starbucks Hot Springs, off Central Ave. She has such a great personality. Passion for people and animals. I met her first time few weeks ago at another New Starbucks in Malvern, AR. (Opened 2024).
As I was walking into the Malvern Starbucks, I saw Aubrey feeding a hungry black puppy outside and making sure she was hydrated enough with these hot months. From there we started chatting and that’s how she shared with me about this new location. Thank you, Aubrey for great conversation and this recommendation. The staff did a great job.

Don’t understand some of the negative reviews but this is El Dorado you can’t please everyone. I like Starbucks and a lot but I’ll be honest online ordering will be your best bet because the staff will be very busy to take orders over the counter. I downloaded the app and love it.

It’s a great atmosphere! Everyone seems to be in a great mood and having a great time at work which is hard to come by these days! I’ve been getting the iced pecan oat milk latte thanks to a recommendation by an employee and I LOVE it! I like to try different drinks that they have made up. Today Lexie made me a caramel apple shaken espresso and she said she can’t wait for the holiday flavors to launch so that I can try another one she’s been planning! Me too Lexie! Will be back!

I don’t get why people here be complaining? They have just opened and everyone was excited to try it out and the entire staff was brand new. I went in during their grand opening and was in line for at least 45 minutes and I did not get my order until after another 30 minutes I wasn’t even upset because the manager was very assertive asking our patience but ensuring our drinks will be made right. I ordered my favorite caramel ribbon crunch and was perfect. I come in everyday to start my day with them and saw huge progress from the day they’ve opened until now. When I come in the morning they are swamped but still managed to acknowledged me and the best thing I love to see was employees interacting with customers and having fun with each other while working. I love this store, I love the staff and their customer service is much better than 7 brew.
