The employees here are so nice and always get my order right. I go inside to work on my computer a lot and they are always so thoughtful and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure I remember my app points and make sure I know all of my options at the counter, rather to save money or to try something new.
They’ve gone out of their way to make me feel welcome inside of the cafe and ask me if I need anything. When they’re busy they even make sure they get people’s orders right and changed up if needed. Their time management skills are good.
I would ask if someone in corporate could please come and help give the baristas a solution for the fruit flies that keep terrorizing the bakery case, work counters, and customers inside of the cafe though. The employees are trying their best to deal with them but they need help.
Besides that I want to thank the Starbucks team at this location for giving me a great experience every time I come in and for making me feel welcome.

When this Starbucks location first opened, there was amazing service. But recently, the service has been TERRIBLE! For the past three times I have ordered a drink, they have always gotten something wrong and had to remake it. While this usually isn’t a problem and I am normally patient, I can’t help but wonder why it happens so often.

This is like no Starbucks you have ever been to.it is very different indeed, and not due to the coffee they all serve but the friendly charismatic helpful people that staff it. At least on the weekday mornings as that’s when I go. If they can help you in any way they surely will all the way to helping you push your truck out of the drive thru when It wouldn’t start. And we’re just as happy as they could be to help there was nothing rude or aggravated as many would have been no they mustered up the team and helped you want to know how far this place goes to deliver you your coffee with a smile on their face above and beyond you got you a good one here Starbucks

Went inside because the drive through line was so long. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for one coffee with 7 people ahead of me inside while the baristas fulfilled online orders ahead of ours. And in the 30 minutes I had to wait only 1 person came in for an online order.

My favorite location. Baristas are super sweet, and they are always fast and swift with making my drinks. I’ve almost never had a mess up, and if I did, it was something minor. But the exceptional customer service and lovely baristas make up for it ♥️. Love this store. Keep up the good work guys!
