Please be mindful when pulling into this Starbucks that there is a pretty good size speed bump before you pull into the entrance. There is no need for this speed bump to be here and will probably be one of the 3 the reasons i look for another Starbucks or some place like it to get my coffee moving forward. I don’t need help with any ware and tare on my vehicle, especially in the morning time heading to work. The staff were friendly, but they could be a bit faster. I waited at the window for quite a while before even taking my payment, then my coffee followed as well. I always order a caramel macchiato with an extra shot. I left immediately, but after letting it cool down and taking a sip i was disappointed not sure what i was served, didnt taste like any caramel was put in. It almost just tasted like straight coffee with an extra shot, with a mixture of hot cocoa with an extra shot. Very rarely do I have anything negative to say, but when i pay $10 for a coffee i at the very least expect to get what i paid for and with the time I waited it should have been dead on.

My husband and I stopped by for coffee for him. I haven’t been to a Starbucks and almost 2 years and when I say I love it here. I live in Texas and I most definitely only go to this one. The worst Starbucks on the planet. Stood here waiting while other who were here after me got orders. Was told it’s the system, well fix it. To the snotty girl who told me they would just refund me, you need a new job where you can handle the work load. I should have told her to just refund the tip cause she isn’t worth it!

It’s a brand new place with very comfortable sitting. They have outside sitting on a nice terrace. Big parking on one side of the building. I easily fit my box truck.

Kept me waiting for my order over 20 minutes outside. Staff not even acknowledge me when I was try to talk to them at the drive through.
Website shows open and was able to placed my moblie order, but they had a sign saying open at 6am.
Need to make updates either on the website for right open hours or in your store!!

This is one of the best starbucks I have ever been to! Came here 4 times during our trip and every time the workers were friendly and made the drinks right! They even went above and beyond prepping my mobile order of like 7 drinks. Double insulted the drink carriers and put heat stoppers in all the drinks. This place is a well oiled machine.
