This Starbucks location is my very favorite in Slidell. Aside from being next to the Fremaux Mall, it has fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows for walls. I love getting work done here, big time.

I don’t normally have issues at this establishment but this was very disappointing. I ordered me and my mother a coffee and her coffee was supposed to have Oat milk in it specifically and instead the side of the cup said soy and 80% of the coffee was straight soy milk she couldn’t even drink it her drink was white like it didn’t even have coffee in it. And mine was supposed to be a simple iced caramel latte, I DID NOT order extra caramel and they wrote on my cup extra caramel and I couldn’t even drink it there was an insane amount of caramel in it, it tasted like I sipped straight out of a sugar bowl .

This Starbucks added a little extra special touch. The smiley faces on the cups made the trip extra special as it was my daughter 2nd time having Starbucks and 1st time going inside. Small touches makes visits more meaningful. Quick and friendly service. I do wish that they would put food orders in a bag when ordering inside instead of giving the food just in the packaging especially when multiple food items are ordered.

Waited 25 min. For something I preordered. Then the guy proceeded to give me a wrong order. I asked him to take my old Starbucks cup to throw out so I can make space for a new and he said “we can’t at this time” I mean what?! I’m not trying to give you other trash.

Always a fabulous experience! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable! They will take the opportunity to engage with you (customers) while working on the drinks/ food. Stores have always been clean. The staff and product make for an enjoyable experience!

The slowest Starbucks in Slidell. You will be the only one there. 10 min wait. I wait in line at this place every single I come. And it’s annoying because it’s the one closest to my house so I stop there for convenience alone.
