Super disappointed! So much ice in the cup I barely had any drink. I’m pretty sure I took 10 sips and it was gone. I’m not sure why they put SO MUCH ice. This isn’t the first time this happened either.

Been coming here after drop off for the past two weeks. Order is always gross. I order the same thing at every Starbucks however this location does not deliver. Had to ask for extra syrup in a drink I’ve ordered since it first came out. Makes no sense. Vanilla protein latte didn’t even come as pictured or given to me at other locations.

Please teach the difference between a latte and a cappuccino and others. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a latte and received a cappuccino. My cup was half full because it was made with milk foam, which is a scam. A latte has way more actual liquid to drink.

Convenient location and never gets order wrong. They have indoor/outdoor seating and drive through. They can have long lines via drive through which blocks customers vehicles who are ordering inside. This is a problem at a few locations around. I will say the staff does keep the line moving pretty fast as compared to other locations. Overall a good Starbucks.

Ordered a venti shaken Expresso with extra shot and after the foam settled from the shake pretty much lost 25% of my drink. Paid for a venti and actually received a tall. You guys need to do better.

Barista’s needs more training on how to make drinks. I always get the same thing, I don’t ask for nothing special but EXTRA ICE, and literally everytime I have to ask for a cup of ice cause they skim me on the ice. It’s really an inconvenience because sometimes my coworkers gets our orders and like after 1hour my drink is hot and ice is gone. ! So please when asking for extra ice please give customer EXTRA ICE

The only thing good here was my coffee. If you are looking to work or study this is not the location. Speakers are set right above tables and music is blasting (full nightclub). Kid play area where two moms setup with their kids letting them scream and run around for over an hour. Throwing toys, and rolling aLL over the floor. When I asked for the music to be turned down slightly they told me they could not it was broken…. Well you should cut it off. I am in a Starbucks at least 3xs a week and this one was by far the worst experience.

My husband and I typically order 2 lattes (varying types depending on the season) and 2 bacon sausage egg wraps 7-8am. The lattes have been great! The wraps are a hit or miss on whether they’re heated up all the way.
Also, we know they’re fudging their metrics because they always have us wait a little longer at the speaker or right before the window when no one is in front of us, which is kind of annoying. It’s the same two people that are running the drive thru between 7am and 8am Tuesday thru Thursday that keep doing this.

The workers have the nastiest attitudes. I prefer ordering ahead and I completely understand that when ordering ahead, it is preferred to not immediately go to the drive thru. Therefore, I ordered 4 minutes before arriving. There was no one in line at the drive thru and the girl working the drive thru had the worst attitude when we told her about the mobile order. Although there was no one in line, she continued to emphasize how much of an inconvenience mobile ordering was. I will not make the mistake of ordering here again. And the coffee was watered down and tasted awful.
