I go to starbucks close to every day, maybe every other day. I normally don’t go so early but they were open and I had a long drive ahead of me. I understand being upset if someone is coming a few minutes after opening as someone who is also a barista. However, it’s no excuse to be extremely rude. The women who answered us through the speaker started off with “what do you want” and then proceeds to say “can’t hear you.” In the middle of my boyfriend ordering. No customer service at all. Very rude tone. We pull up to the window and my boyfriend is extremely polite because he is ALSO in the service industry. He even left saying “Hope you have a great day” and she just gave him the side eye. All we ordered was a strawberry lemonade. There is absolutely no reason we should be leaving starbucks feeling guilty for a strawberry lemonade just because it’s early in the morning. I’m hoping she was just having one of those days but from looking at previous reviews…. this might be an active problem management should check out. Maybe try a friendly person in your drive through.

Asked to pay with points 2 times, person at the counter ignored it and after the app kept the points she asked “did you want to pay with points?” As if I didnt make it clear twice. The tea was earl Grey. instead she brought some green tea, and when I asked to redo it, she brought the new one and pretty much shoved it at me without even looking at me or apologizing for her mistake.

Please have your lazy incoherent drive thru employees moved to a position without customer interaction. I had to listen to the lady talking about her personal life through the speaker the entire time while we were trying to order. Then she repeated our order back and it was NOT at all what we ordered. We corrected her, she said uh huh. And still rang it wrong. When we went to pick them up at window she was rude there also never saying a word and immediately closed the window on us when we tried to point out they were wrong and were mocha. She also charged us extra for the wrong drink. I’ll be by later to get my correct drinks or my money. We shouldn’t pay premium prices for dollar tree service.

Also, when people order no dairy, there is usually a reason and when you mess that up, they literally CAN’T drink the drink. Thanks again.

This place is slow for a Starbucks. We waited almost 15 minutes inside for a grande cold brew. Seriously?! 15 minutes for a drink? Nope, will not come back here again. Read the latest reviews. I am not the only one complaining about the wait. And no, I will not accept the auto response to this review, and neither should anyone else who reads my review.

Don’t even bother. They don’t care, can’t be pleasant and telling me a minimum of a 30 minute wait is NORMAL is gaslighting. This store just made me a Starbucks hater and I will NEVER return. Deleted the app. I am OUT. I was two people behind the Captain in line for 25 minutes and never got a drink. Thanks for the memories.

Usually go to the West Esplanade location, but went here. I order the same exact venti drink every single time and my venti drink always comes out to be $7.96. I pull up and the worker handed me a grande. I explained to her that I ordered a venti and she said “no you ordered a grande.” Did absolutely nothing except be extremely rude and patronizing. Not sure if it’s because of my accent, race or what, but terrible experience.

I went through the Starbucks Drive thru and usually when you pay with card , they will ask you if you want to leave a tip. It didnt ask me this time, the guy at the register pressed 2$ gratuity out of his own will. This is NOT OKAY. be careful and pay attention

I ordered a LAVENDER matcha and I’m just wondering where is the lavender? Initially I had a drop and when I asked about it this is what I got. This looks NOTHING like the pictures advertised. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. THEM I had a HOT white chocolate. Why was there no sleeve placed on a hot cup?
