I’m guessing since this location just opened, they are still training and things may improve. I’ve been there twice and had long waits, order confusion, and the same drink made wrong both times. Today, they didn’t even fill my cup all the way. I’ll wait a month or two before I try them again to see if things improve.

Tried again, with the same drink and it was still bad. It was very bitter with little to no other flavor. Explained to them it’s supposed to be a sweet drink, but was told after they remade it (no better) thats how it’s supposed to taste. I’ve ordered the same drink for years and this is the only location who can’t get it right. I feel like I gave them a fair chance before deciding not to go there anymore.

I keep hoping this place will get better, but sadly it has not. We have been waiting for 44 minutes for two drinks. I have heard the staff talk about working at daycares and ministering to the drive through. We are the only folks in here. I am going to ask for my refund now….

I’ve been here a couple times while traveling through. It’s so/so but I encourage people to drive a half mile further south to Scooter’s Coffee. It’s just friendlier and faster service with great quality and variety. I also prefer to support smaller operations instead of the world’s largest coffee company.

I’ve been in town visiting for the week and needed a place to get homework done every morning. Everyone at this location has been absolutely amazing. They remembered me and would sometimes surprise me with treats and drinks. Their customer service skills exceeded all expectations. I will honestly miss coming there.

Worst experience at a Starbucks location in my life.. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before pulling away not even having placed an order with only 2 cars ahead of me. (1 even pulled away)
During the 20 minutes, I was attempting to place an order 5 total cars including myself left the drive thru before placing an order.
Based on several other similar reviews, I would rather see this location close and not have the excitement t of Starbucks in a smaller city as I passed through.

Wait was long I was the only guest it took 10 min. Drink was not made right the Baresta wiped her nose 3 times while making my drink i did not have time to wait for another. I took to sips and threw it away.And staff was lacking energy. I am not a person that leaves reviews ever. I have been to Starbucks all over the nation and I hope they improve here.

I preorder in the app to ensure that it’s ready by the time I need it. However, this is the only location that can’t seem to start an order to have it complete by the quoted time. There hasn’t been a single occurrence where I didn’t have to go in to encourage them to START my order. It’s super frustrating.

I’m from out of town but I stop by to get a Venti iced caramel macchiato and a barista just seemed annoyed that I asked her if she could stir it because if I try to stirred in my car it makes a mess But also, it doesn’t taste like your average caramel macchiato from Starbucks. It just taste like straight up Iced coffee with milk but no syrup but I’m already on the road again So I’m not gonna turn around but I’m not gonna drink this. I know I should’ve tasted it before I drove away. That’s honestly my fault.
