What happened to the customer is always right?? First my order isn’t right when it was repeated back to me I corrected the drive through employee but still got my order wrong. One of my wings had a huge feather on it and the General manager that refused to give me her name but needed to chastise me talked down to me told me she would make the owner aware pretty much telling me it would be a waste of my time calling in the owner this town is so racist im not allowed to be upset but the employees behind the counter can continue talking about the situation but I had to stand there and be quiet like a good little girl because they didn’t get my order right and sell my chicken with a huge feather on it and i was paying $25 for 6 wings and wedges that wasn’t correct .

I usually get a chicken strip meal for lunch at 11:00 when I go there. A week ago I got a strip meal and it was very hot and the chicken was juicy. Today I got the exact same meal and the chicken was maybe warm at best, it was very dry and the coating was hard and almost inedible on some of it. It seems as if the chicken was like it was yesterdays left overs and just reheated for today’s meal. It was not fresh by any means. It was not very appetizing. I really like Lee’s and always rave about their chicken but today left me deciding if I will go back.

Slow service, employees yelling at each other, food was warm at best & they charge you for sauces. If you’re gonna charge for sauces at least give fresh food. Not sure how 3 strips and potato wedges is only 1 sauce. The sauce cups are super small at only 1.5oz. This Lee’s doesn’t even compare to any other one I’ve been to. Very disappointed

My order was wrong I received a strip instead of a bone in piece of chicken, I called them and they argued with me I took the order back and showed them then one of the employees other then the manager told me we placed the order long ago which wasn’t true we were very unhappy and just took the refund.
