Well. It’s a Starbucks. It was clean. The staff was really friendly and professional. They looked like they were happy to work there.
Coffee was good and the croissant was ok. I always wonder why Starbucks doesn’t get with local bakeries to offer their products. I would have no problem paying a little extra for a locally made pastry.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had great service at a Starbucks, but these folks did it. Thank you! Our drinks were just what we needed, everyone was friendly even though they were pretty busy. They even wrote a nice “Thanks!” and “Enjoy!” on our cups. It’s all about those details.

Our drinks were very poorly prepared. We asked for lite ice and they were packed with ice.
We ordered ahead for walk-in pickup. We arrived 10 minutes later. They were absolutely slow. They had not begun our drinks and were talking on their phones and with friends.
One drink finally came out, but not the other. When I asked about it she said it was being made. No one was making anything. I spotted a drink that had been sitting the whole time… 5 minutes… it was mine. If I was the owner I would for the entire staff.

I got my drink made wrong and so I politely asked to get it remade correctly and they not only remade the drink wrong again but gave me a smaller size. I had to go inside the get the drink remade again. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal but paying seven dollars for the wrong drink and smaller than I paid for.

Decent service and staff. They always so busy, I understood why services were slow. These employees were nice. Most of employees were helpful. I like a Starbucks to have space to conduct business and have conversations. The layout is pretty good and enough amount of tables and chairs. Also, they have a great variety of Starbucks mugs. The showcase was clean and enough snacks always.

I have gone to this Starbucks weekly no matter how many times I say light ice, they do not listen. I recently orders the cannonball drink with light ice didn’t look anything like I’ve seen and again crazy amount of ice .
