Dining at the RH Rooftop restaurant is always a treat to those who are looking for a glamorous evening. The ambiance, food quality, customer service at RH are alway excellent. For my birthday, I chose to celebrate here because I was certain this venue would surpass my expectations. Absolutely love the truffle fries and grilled shrimp salad! I was even happier when the kitchen accommodated swapping out the asparagus for broccolini. Thank you for a wonderful evening, RH team.

Food was not as good as I expected but the environment and atmosphere along with the staff and waitresses were out of the world great. This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. It has the most comfortable dining experience I’ve been to and drinks were amazing. I would definitely recommend going if you want to elegant dining experience.

As its name states, this is a rooftop restaurant. There are windows everywhere overlooking Charlotte. Certainly, it’s an amazing view!

We ordered fried brussel sprouts which were some of the best we ever had! Grilled shrimp was good but not much to them. Finally the burratta place was fantastic!
Highly recommend eating here but occasionally and prices are a bit high!

I have been wanting to visit this place for years so my family came in from out of town to celebrate my mom and dad so we made reservations for 12. It was overpriced not much of a selection seating not comfortable. We ordered the lobster roll with caviar the it was disappointing the caviar was not the best quality and we ordered salads for the main and they were so so. It wasn’t worth the hype.

Waiter and atmosphere were good. The only not thing off were the entrees. Felt like I was being served food from Culver’s. I ordered a $75 medium rare charred ribeye…I received one of the thinnest cuts of steak burnt to a crisp. I received a room temp, medium well, steak at best. It was room temperature. Very disappointed in the food. The waiter tried his best to be nice which was appreciated. Spent close to $300 for 4 small courses and 2 drinks.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Phenomenal experience start to finish. First of all, Dennis was hands down incredible!! He was so welcoming and his knowledge of the wines and menu was incredible!!! Seriously, he deserves all the applause. The chef was wonderful and came to our table after the meal and spoke to us. Every single menu option was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect. Online reservations were so easy. Seriously, I’ll be raving about tonight for weeks. Incredible experience. Thank you, Dennis!! You are wonderful!!!

Beautiful space inside a furniture store, but the experience wasn’t great. The front desk felt like a robot, not very friendly, although the server was professional. The restaurant is very dark, and they don’t allow flash photos — they’ll even tell you off if you try. The food is overpriced for the quality, my $60 steak came burned and bitter. A side of fries will cost $20. Parking is available in the mall.

The location and the food were excellent, but the service was extremely above and beyond! I had co-workers visiting from London, England. Our waiter, Dennis, was over the top GREAT. I’m attaching a copy of the note that came with our dessert.
They chose a table for us that gave the best view of the outside and the inside.
