I ordered the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte with no ice. According to the menu, it comes with Vanilla Sweet Cold Foam and pecan crunch toppings, but my drink was served without them. Since the only change I requested was “no ice,” I was quite surprised and disappointed to see those key elements missing. I really enjoy this drink when it’s made correctly, so I hope more attention can be given to preparing it as listed.

This place is like a blind date with commitment issues. You show up hopeful, knowing there’s a strong chance your drink will be wrong. I’ve given it multiple second chances, yet I still leave with a polite smile and an overpriced disappointment.
I’ll gladly raise my rating when consistency decides to show up. At this point, an arranged marriage feels more dependable. So why do I keep coming back? Convenience. I drop my niece and nephew off at school once or twice a week, this location is right there, and honestly—kids don’t care what their drinks taste like.
Please, just be consistent. I’m tired of having my emotions played with over coffee. ☕

This place is very underwhelming with their service!
I order the same thing, and it’s never the same! Just this week one of my teas had the tea packet busted opened , so I was drinking tea leaves. Another had my add on missing. Then today my drink wasn’t made at all. Yet, the workers were just standing around talking at 6am. Luckily the store wasn’t packed ;I was the only car. Yet instead of making my order, they were chatting!
Wasted money, gas, and time!

I had recently gone to a separate Starbucks location and they did not make my drink correctly, so I decided to go inside and ask this location to remake it for me (my mother and I also got some sandwiches). The baristas are all friendly and made my drink without hesitation, and it tasted perfect! Shout out to the barista, Emma (who shares my name, haha), she helped me!

The staff was extremely rude and inflexible. I asked for suggestions with oat milk, and they weren’t friendly at all. They filled my drink with a ton of ice, and when I told them I didn’t ask for ice, she got visibly angry. She didn’t even make the drink properly, just mixed it carelessly and handed it to me. Overall, very bad vibes lol.

Don’t go through the drive thru with a mobile order. You will wait longer than if you order at the store. What is the point of ordering ahead?

We had quick service and order was correct. That’s all I ask for anymore from a place like this.

Asked for an Elphaba Cold Brew got a peppermint mocha cold brew. I don’t like mocha and was really hoping that the people working at Starbucks knew what the promotional drink was and what it had in it. Also ordered a spinach feta wrap because they were out of almost all of the sandwiches I usually get, there was almost no cheese or spinach and mostly egg whites which, if I had known previously would have made it at home because it was absolutely terrible. Imagine an unseasoned egg white wrapped in a multi grain wrap. I have acidic burps now and feel like I’m going to throw up. On top of that, the person at the window was looking at how much I was going to tip them, making it feel like I had to tip them even though they got my coffee order completely wrong. I don’t have a lot of money to spend in my budget so coming to a place like Starbucks for $20 worth of food and expecting quality should be a given. I would have just made everything at my house and saved much more money than what this food was worth. On top of that I didn’t even get a straw for my crc frapp. From one barista to another, do a better job, KNOW what’s in your drinks, if you don’t know ASK! It’s your job, people are paying you for what they want. For anyone who’s going to this Starbucks location go somewhere else, it sucks. Terrible experience and way overpriced.

Went in to purchase a water and was told by “Luis” I wasn’t allowed to PURCHASE WATER. I am pregnant and also have a severe medical condition and needed water asap so I went to the first place and came inside. First, my husband tried to get it for me was refused water. Then I tried and was also refused. Luis was on his power trip and refused a pregnant woman WATER. Mind you, I offered to PAY. I am disgusted because I came here yesterday and got water, although he stated “we’ve had this policy since January”. Either make your team aware of the correct policies, or don’t work in the service industry. As a business owner, this infuriates me with the condescending tone he was using. He shouldn’t be speaking to customers. Period.

How do you call and see if the store has the medicine ball drink and when you arrive all of a sudden it’s out! I’m believing this one and the one at the legends just don’t like making it! Hire employees that like to do their job! FYI Starbucks Mgt, GM order enough for each store!
