Everything here has been smooth. Kiosk ordering is easy. Food was made right. Even used curbside pickup, and it was fast and correct. This location has a playplace, although it is a small one compared to other McDonald’s locations that have them. Two soda machines inside although neither one had ice in them, at least at 10:30 am on a Saturday.

Pleasant Micky D’s location. Always stop in when going by. Clean location. Helpful staff. Love the self serve monitors. Make a point of going in to eat as it gives the atmosphere of a dining experience without the need for a tip. If you are on a fixed budget this is a factor although the workers deserve a tip since they bring the food to your table.

The woman that works week nights, maybe she’s a manager. Usually wears navy blue and has glasses, dark blond-ish hair. She’s so sweet and always provides great service. The food is always hot and fresh when she’s there. Thanks girl!

We waited in line for about 30mins late at night after I got off work. I worked a 15hr shift and was just trying to eat something and my food was ice cold. I couldn’t go inside so I had to walk up to the drive thru and ask for it to be remade and I’d wait in the reserved spot for car side service. Waited over 20mins before I walked back up to the window. No one came out to speak with us, nothing. I have the cold food back and they began to demand my receipt. I gave you the food why do you need my receipt? I’d like it remade and hot food please. I was disrespected, and told it’s “McDonalds” so that’s like me, sending out a wrong order, cold, with a delivery driver to someone waiting a long time for their food to receive cold food they probably had to get for convenience or to not even have to cook because of their busy life style. I work hard for my money and I’m sorry but u don’t spend close to $20 on food for it to be made wrong or to be ice cold and just given a ((shrug)) “it is what it is, spiel. I mean I’m just an assistant manager, and the MANAGER said “it’s just McDonalds!?” Yes, sir. You’re right, it is just McDonalds and you work there. Sit down. You have a good one! This is the type of food I serve in my establishment! It’s called quality control. And great customer service, and management skills. Try it sometime.

So I went through the drive through, and some tall emo looking kid, with a wannabe beetles haircut was shoving his fingers in his mouth while eating fries, didn’t wash his hand and flipping off the other employees. We were the only car in line and it took close to five minutes to get our food, (not complaining about that,) but during this time he cussed out the two female employees (both of whom where still polite to us,). I have been working in the restaurant industry for ten years and a manager for 3, that behavior is unacceptable in any situation, especially in front of customers.

Got breakfast there after work yesterday, and the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin was extremely hard and crunchy; and I am pretty sure I received food poisoning from the strawberry banana smoothie. I have been sick since yesterday, and that was all I had to eat all day.

There is no such thing as Customer service at this location. Management also not any better. We had an issue with our food and instead of correcting ,offering any type of solution, or even an apology. We just got a shoulder shrug and said to talk to the store manager tomorrow. Take your business elsewhere.

The guy who took my order was really nice but the food was slightly more expensive than other McDonalds (it’s the same price as the cape) and the food was the worst I’ve ever gotten from a McDonald’s. We go all the time and get the same thing and sometimes it bad but never as bad as this place.
