my husband and I LOVE Starbucks and just moved to Wentzville. unfortunately for us, this is the absolute worst location known to man. we ONLY go in the evenings when they are dead (like tonight) and waited 21 mins with 2 cars in front of us for our drink. this is the third time this has happened in the last 2 weeks here. And when I pulled up to the window I was handed the wrong drink and he didn’t know what I ordered…. Uh what lol?!
At least we keep getting free drinks, I guess. I wish they would at least disclose their wait time when ordering at the drive through because 20-30 mins when they’re dead is ridiculous!I someone please come fix this store ASAP!

I came in today on red cup day and expected the long wait! The staff was great, attentive and got orders out as fast as they could. I had the pleasure of checking in with Rissa at the front and she was such a bright light of sunshine to start my morning off right!

First time stopping by because I noticed there wasn’t a line. Got greeted by the sweetest young lady standing outside. So I informed her that it was my first time been able to order and wasn’t quite sure what to order, I told her to surprise me and that she did, my latte was delicious, Service was prompt…Thank you for a Great Experience! I love the team at this location! They are always upbeat and friendly. I have never had a drink made incorrectly. Plus – the notes on the cups always make me smile! 10/10 would recommend.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. I ordered online for pickup and arrived 20 min after I order. I had to stand in the store and wait for about 20 min before my order was ready. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is NOT a typical Starbucks… It was explained to me that they are a flavor inventions Starbucks…. I ordered a caramel latte that tasted terrible….The barista explained that they don’t have caramel syrup like other Starbucks so I ordered a different drink, the mango passion fruit refreshing and it was delicious!
The restroom was filthy, so much so I didn’t even want to use it…. Multiple tables we’re also in need of being wiped off, and the floor was in desperate need of being swept. Having visited Starbucks in many states and several countries, this location is by far the dirtiest.
The service is EXCELLENT, as is the speed at which your orders are completed. Every person working but I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful!

Look- I really love coming here, the employees are SUPER nice, but it drives me up a wall that every time I come in and ask for my drink in a TO GO cup, I get it in a glass. Its not exactly the employees fault, I have no idea why Starbucks decided to switch to a by-default drinkware policy like this other than “atmosphere”, but it only contributes to atmosphere if you get it as you ordered jt. And I get y’all are busy and moving fast! But surely there’s a more reliable way to communicate that I want a plastic cup where it’s actually a plastic cup? And not glass? Like 9 times out of 10, I ask for a to go cup and get glassware.
