On the evening of Saturday 1/3/26, we found sufficient parking at busy restaurant. We were seated promptly and orders soon thereafter. The menu had many tantalizing offerings. Our waitress, Labrea, was efficient and attentive. She brought hot fries as an appetizer. We ordered the Bacon n Blue, Whiskey BBQ bacon, and Yummy burgers. The burgers came promptly and all were hot and tasty. I recommend the Red Ribin seasoning for the fries. When too busy or tired to prepare one’s supper, this is th place to go.
Payment of the meal was accomplished via a Ziosk device. We had 2 devices on our table. One didn’t work. After giving up, we found second device and it finally started working. We found the check, first applied a gift card, and then we couldn’t proceed to pay the balance. The waitress brought a paper bill that was not ours. I went back to the Ziosk and got it to work. I had the receipt emailed. When I got home, I was emailed that wrong bill. I paid about the same as if paid my actual bill. Hopefully the waitress got her tip. Too screwed up to return 48 hours later. Advise to be very very careful using the device.

Red Robin, usually one of my favorite spots, really disappointed me. I picked up a Red Tavern Double Burger for my kids, but it only had one patty and just a few fries on the side. I trusted the quality, but after this careless service, I probably won’t be driving 20+ minutes here anymore. Check the photo !!

Ayla was our server today and she was super nice and understanding. My son’s pizza wasn’t to his standards and we requested another item off the menu for him. She didn’t make a fuss at all and fixed the issue immediately. My California big sandwich was super good and my boyfriend said his burger was good too. Not a long wait time for food or service. I would definitely come again.

My wife, son and I arrived and were told 15 min wait. 30 min passed and I asked for the status, I was told there were still a lot of people ahead of us becayse they were seating larger parties first. So my family has to wait a whole lot longer and have other people who came in well after us go first because they have guaranteed tips??? I am a disabled vet and standing around for that was not something I can physically do because of the pain. Poor policy and you guys just lost me as a customer, and we used to come eat often.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food and the burgers sat so long under the heat lamp, the buns were hard.
The picture shows the chicken Caesar wrap I received and the one from the menu. The one served had very little chicken on it, no tomatoes and very little lettuce. Basically, $16 for a tortilla, a chicken nugget and fries.
Service is very inconsistent. It would have been nice to see a manager or have staff more readily accessible. Ask for everything you need when staff is present or you won’t get it.

During my latest visit, I ordered the Madlove Burger and made it “monster”. Everything was cooked well, the meat was juicy and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was good and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
I also ordered the new Jalapeño Heatwave and it was also good, although not as spicy.
The restaurant wasn’t as busy, but it was clean.
I’ll be coming back sometime in the future.

I always order the Cobb Salad and as usual, it was absolutely delicious. The portions are smaller, I believe, but it was still more than enough. Service was excellent and always has been. This is one of my favorite places to eat.

We came to this location for birthday party and had a large party of 15. For 6 o’clock they were able to get us right in. No wait. Our server was very friendly and helpful for the meal, although towards the end we lacked some service for refills and when leaving there was a bit of wait for to go drinks and orders. I’m sure our server was getting busy as the entire restaurant filled. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our meal. They sang happy birthday song for our birthday guests. I’m not always the biggest fan of “pay yourself on app” establishments, I like a check as most of the machines or apps don’t work well and cause frustration, however the machine worked just fine with 4 split checks. The food was made perfect to everyones liking and we basically cleared the table with multiple fry refills. All in all in was good time.

Lots of changes have recently been added to increase in the cost for patrions. A side salad is no longer a substitute for fries and costs $3 extra. Sweet potato fries are no longer a substitute for fries and costs $3 extra. The Tuesday $10 burger has been removed from the menu. Red Robin nolonger wishes to offend healthy options. We had our last dinner there tonight with all our adult children and spouses. Red Robin is going backwards and have lost our patronage.
