My sisters and I go to this Starbucks every Sunday and how now decided never to come back. Every time we come the drinks are wrong and the bathrooms are EXCEPTIONALLY filthy. We ordered the new Dubai chocolate matcha both venti and both came with caramel syrup no chocolate cold foam and one was a grande.

I come here often when I am not able to walk into my closest Starbucks near me that does not have a drive-through. They know who I am and they remember me and always write nice little notes and attach it to the cup like what you see here in the photo. I had a rough day ahead of me and happened to have this written on my cup, and it made my day.

Gave this location a try and won’t be back. My iced latte never tastes right from here, I feel like the drinks are just rushed and not made correctly. Came back a different day to give it another try my drink was missing something didn’t taste good, I went inside and the man made me a new iced coffee the one he remade tasted worse.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks location and I was there almost every day . now I go out of my way to avoid it 🙁
I used to always have a great experience, thanks to the genuinely kind and professional employees who made my day every time. Unfortunately, it seems like there’s been a staffing change, and the quality of service has really gone downhill.
On a recent visit, I was scolded in the drive-through by a barista (possibly the manager?) for placing a mobile order five minutes before pickup, which is something I’ve done countless times without issue. As soon as I drove up to the speaker and gave her my name she told me that I “ need to give them more time next time “ .. Her tone was condescending , to the point that the folks in the car remarked that she was speaking to me like she was my teacher . And while I understand it must be stressful when things are backed up , it genuinely appeared to be very slow , especially for a weekend . There was only one car in front of me in line and two cars parked out front .
At the end of the day I still got my drink in a very timely manner but it left a really bad impression. I went back one more time, and while the barista that day wasn’t outright rude, they seemed clearly annoyed, which made for another uncomfortable experience. It’s just not what I expect from Starbucks where customer service is usually great .
To make matters worse, the store was recently remodeled, and the new layout is extremely unwelcoming. While this obviously isn’t the fault of the employees by any means, I feel like it’s relevant to mention in this review for anyone who is looking for somewhere nice to get some work done Z . They removed all the comfortable seating and replaced it with just a few small, hard chairs and tables. On top of that, the music is often very loud and makes it hard to focus .
If you’re looking for somewhere to get some work done, I would recommend the location across from Sunset Hills Plaza, the Tesson ferry location, or the new Ronnie’s Plaza ones
All in all, this location has gone from being my go-to to one I actively avoid.
I am not one for confrontation, being a “Karen “ and leaving a nasty review or anything but I think this is useful information for people to know .

This location is the most expensive in cost, but the cheapest in quantity. I get a drink that’s $5.01 in the unincorporated county, and same drink at this location in Crestwood is $5.43. Crestwood rakes you over the coals with taxes. Then as usual, once the whipped cream melts, my drink is only half full. I won’t be returning.

Basically felt discriminated against as was afternoon time and was just left standing until I asked who was working front cashier. The first employee was the one who kept walking as if I wasn’t seen. The second employee was friendly and smiling. For that change of atmosphere I’ll give her a 4 star

I work in Shrewsbury & choose to come to this location because of the service. Every time I have came it has been great!! Love the employee’s. Today I went and had amazing service. BUT when I took the first drink of my refresher, I choked on a piece of saran wrap/plastic feeling. I’m fine but it caught me off guard. First time I have ever had this experience…. don’t want it to happen again. I have a picture of the piece I choked on. I put it on top of my cup.
