I frequent this Starbucks by Forest Park because it is close to where I live and work. Atmosphere is warm and cozy, modeling itself after The Cheshire Inn which feels like you are in a little German Inn. I love that it has fireplace!

Nice STL/Clayton location in the Cheshire Hotel complex. Staff is very pleasant. The atmosphere is quaint, plenty of seating for working or meeting. The parking lot can be a bit tight but spaces available closer to the hotel or street.

What a great experience today. The young lady and young man were so helpful. My custom order ice coffee was served with a smile. After relaxing in between appointments for a bit. When leaving she used my name AZ and wished me a great day. Amazing experience I will definitely return.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And I’ve even been to one in Japan, which I would say is the second best one. This is the coolest vibe you will ever get in a coffeehouse. It’s like entering a cottage with like a Belgian feel. Aside from that, look at this venti Americano with steamed soy, it’s consistent and amazing at this location. And I can’t get enough of it. Been coming here for 3 years and never been let down. Thank you guys!

It’s very confusing. I got charge 1 extra dollar for 1 extra scoop of matcha. I’ve been drinking matcha latte at Starbucks for one year almost every day. Never was charged for extra scoop. I understand employees have no idea because it’s the system not them who ring the price. So…maybe management should provide this info and why. So that employees could have answers to customers questions.
Oh and because of it I paid almost 8 dollars for a barely green grande matcha drink that was suppose to have an extra scoop of matcha ( was suppose to be deep dark green with bitter taste ). Oh and lavender foam was not even pink in color. Could barely taste it. And did not look like anything even close to what you see on starbucks’ advertisement of lavender matcha latte
