This Starbucks is in such a cozy area, I love being able to look outside and see the busy streets, and the food and drinks are always almost good. But their service is borderline horrible… sometimes during a rush it’s understandable but I recently went there during a chill period, not a lot of people in and out and it took over 20 minutes for a bagel (all my drinks were made way earlier which to me indicates they have the free time to make food). This is not my first run in with having to wait longer than expected. I believe the people hired are very unprofessional, most of the time I see them goofing off or just ignoring customers. I wish management would take more initiative to fix this before it comes a serious issue because this Starbucks is in the cutest location. Bad service will always overcast everything else.

I ordered a hot coffee with cold foam, the coffee was like warm not even hot when I called to speak with the manager,who was rude to me telling me if I had not added cold foam and milk it would be hot! I order the same thing every time and this is the second incident were I order in the afternoon and receiveduke warm coffee.Customer service here is a hit a miss! And I will be not spending my money there anymore!!! Kaldi here I come!!!! Starbucks not all that great any way, it was convienant based on the location.

I walked in today with a book to read. I tried to set my book on a table before I went to order so that I didn’t have to hold it while ordering and paying. But as soon as I got to the table, a barista approached me and loudly demanded that I purchase something or leave. I hadn’t been in the store for more than a minute.

I won’t say this was racism… but I’m black, and I watched him do the same thing to another black man who came in after me.

The atmosphere was what it was but I got a little annoyed that when I stepped up to the pick up counter, the barista (a young black male) instantly stated “DoorDash is over thurr” I work in finance, wearing dress slacks, dress shoes and a sweater. I’m not even dressed like a typical DoorDash driver. I simply wanted to ask for extra sriracha and a straw but was cut off instantly and profiled. Sir, as another black male, don’t make assumptions about people (who look like you) and then proceed to dismiss them bc you’re used to servicing a certain group of people. You never know who you’re doing business with. Also, didn’t get any sriracha as originally requested. That ignorant mindset won’t get you from behind that counter any quicker.

I stood at the counter for over five minutes trying to order, but the two people that were working had no intention of taking my order. It was obvious that they noticed me but both of them intentionally avoided making eye contact with me and kept doing other things.
I don’t think it’s normal to have a customer standing at the counter for full five minutes even when there is a backlog of orders (which I doubt there was, given that the cafe was not busy at all).
This happened at 2:30 pm on 11/27/2025.
I visit this place frequently and I probably will keep coming, but I’ll make sure to walk out when I see either of the partners on their shifts.

The girl at the counter was really rude. She does not understand the meaning of customer service. Moreover she was aggressive to my child who accompanied me. This is so disrespectful towards a child. This was a very negative experience for my child. I wonder if this was racial. And if a complaint is made against them the way to make it right is by giving free food.
