BUT, on lighter side,
Starbucks don’t have French fries !!
Now that’s a FEDERAL CRIME .
I drink my coffee or tea
w fries or hash brown.
We are all different.
If Starbucks started fries,has browns,I can visit more often.
Right now I get my coffee at SB,
then stop by mcdonalds,
buy fries or hash browns and go hm to eat.
I could save time and stay in SB and enjoy.

A lot of people like to report the bad experiences they have and I just wanted to appreciate the team who worked this morning. They were packed and the girl who took orders through the drive thru helped keep things moving efficiently. Went out of her way to bring mobile orders that were done out to the speaker to keep things moving quickly. The drinks were amazing and this is why I like this location the team especially in the mornings are amazing. Thank you for coming in everyday and taking care of everyone. You deal with people who haven’t had their caffeine yet and we know there are a lot of different personalities that come out. ❤️

Terrible service. I had an online order for two berry matcha. When I got my order one drink was made good. The other was totally different pale green and barely any foam and no ice. I told the cashier that didn’t look like the other drink and that there was no foam. The manger came pointed at the cup and said there is foam in a rude attitude.

Today I came into this location because I had a last minute thought of stopping to use my gift card I received from my boss at Sportclips. However the line was backed up in the drive thru and the customers started arguing with each other. On top of waiting I waited so long my car started to run hot. But no biggie, I pulled out the line to park while my car cooled. I explained to the employee inside why I came in and what I ordered. The ordered was cancelled so I reordered this time this person asked if I wanted it hot or cold so I said cold please. Other lady then gives me a hot drink once it was ready. I said she asked if I wanted it cold but the face she made was unpleasant so I just took the hot coffee. My past experiences has been very pleasant almost like Chick-fil-A. Let’s keep it pleasant please.

Very nice location! Staff greets you when you enter and they take personal interest in the customers. My order was perfect and I didn’t have to repeat my name, which rarely happens. Everyone behind the counter was great, but Jose specifically brought a special energy and vibe to the morning. Even the drive-thru customers were getting complimented on their outfits. I’m almost sad I no longer live in the area, now that this location is open.

‘We call out the name of the drink.’ The reply I got when I went back to the register after realizing Tara didn’t ask me for my name when I placed my order. She gave a ‘dismissed’ vibe with it. Yet, from the time I stepped in the store, all I heard were names called out as orders were placed on the pickup counter. I just listened for confirmation of her truth. Yet, my order was the only ‘drink name’ called out when she said it. Thank you to the barista who made the drink though, it was good!

Wow. This place is a disaster. There were only 3 cars but the wait was soooo long. The lady at the window was incredible rude. We were like “hello!” And “thank you” and nothing. She just slammed the drive through window on us.
We were watching the three window and saw the barista was on their phone while making drinks and 2 other staff were just sitting around.
And we came at noon. I can’t imagine this place in the morning!

If I would like to say, I’m a very easy-going customer. I ordered the croissant all the time. I just walked out of there ain’t afraid of nothing. But when I pay for something and I get it and it’s ice cold that’s a problem now when I went to the register, I asked for my money back that’s what I said instead the same disrespectful worker Put it in and burned it now I’ve had it before and it’s cooked so the inside is an ice cold. Real stink attitude I guess that’s why she’s here.

Horrible. Literally 20 min waiting for 4 croissants to be warmed up. We cancelled the order. The guy in front of us was waiting longer than us and also cancelled. Over 6 employees and not so busy. So never again
