I didn’t catch the young man’s name at the drive-through window, but this is my third encounter with him and each time I’ve left with a smile and a laugh. He is pure joy to roll up to in the morning before a chaotic work day! Kudos to him for have such an uplifting attitude first thing in the morning and realizing that coffee he’s handing us holds our will to survive the work day!

The pumpkin spice latte was crappie. Too much spice. The Barista inserted cold whip cream in hot coffee without asking. She had a matter of fact attitude . Bad service, nasty ☕️ and I paid 7.00. And it was a Road trip. However the new furniture looks like cat furniture.

This store is great, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. All of the negative reviews from a month ago should probably be taken with a grain of salt, as this location only opened a month ago, and the whole crew is basically brand new and still learning as well.

Just got a “Venti” and the cup was only half full. I’m just going to stick to the other coffee shops if I’m just going to be ripped off by this place because at least at a local shop I get a full cup. Check your hot drinks before leaving because if it isn’t a clear cup they will try to rip you off.

Today was different because of Ken.He greeted her with a warm smile and a genuine sense of calm. As she started to order and then hesitated, he didn’t rush her or show any sign of impatience. When she started changing her mind about her food, he simply listened and said, “That’s no problem at all. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want.” He even offered some helpful suggestions, all while maintaining a reassuring and friendly demeanor.

Ordered through the app. The order should’ve been ready at 1:55 didn’t get my order until 2:10. The place was dead. 5 employees and only 1 guy making anything. When I came in at 1:56 I told them my name the lady said he’s making yours now. The gentleman making my order started it and then began making two other beverages knowing I was there for the drink he let set there while he made the other drinks for my guess the drive thru. My frozen beverage was mainly liquid by the time he handed it over to me. Don’t recommend this location if this is how they operate.

First visit and they give us the wrong sandwiches! Ordered bacon gouda and got some pesto sandwich!! Who feels like driving bk after they are already home to fix it and they have no phone number listed. Not pleased. Maybe train your people a bit better to know a bacon sandwich will actually have bacon on it!! Had a bad day and broke my diet for this trip too! Ugh
