Driving through in a snow storm. Some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They were friendly even though it was probably a tough ride to work just to make my coffee.

I am having a tough trip and the people in this Starbucks brightened my morning. I really needed it. Also my coffee was perfect

This Starbucks is very busy at times. However, the quality of the items is always well prepared.

The only thing is when ordering a drink and food, I wish they would hand all items together. One time, I ordered a coffee & breakfast sandwich, but only gave me the coffee first. I had to ask about the breakfast sandwich.

Other than that, the store is spacious. I do recommend getting the app and ordering ahead if possible.

I would still recommend you stop by this location.

Christmas morning I called around to find an open Starbucks. On the phone they told me that they would stay open till 12:30. I rode my motorcycle there as a Christmas morning treat to myself and I got my drink, as I do numerous times a day, practically every day for many years and sat down. The supervisor advised the customers that they were closing the cafe and that when you were ready to leave to just push the bar on the door to exit. A short time later a young male and female are standing at the door insisting that the cafe is closed and I have to leave. I tried to talk to them but the male kept getting more insolent. I asked for his name and he told me twice that he didn’t have to give it to me and he wasn’t wearing his name tag. As I exited he has a very snotty thing to say to me as the door was closing and he was walking away. I was on my motorcycle so I had to finish my drinks in the outdoors on a wet chair on their patio.
I called and talked to the District manager and she said she was not aware they were closing the cafe and when she asked forth snotty male Starbucks name I told her that he told me he didn’t have tom tell me even though he is supposed to be wearing a name tag.
The next day, yesterday I went to get a drink and talk to the manager. After I ordered my drink I brought uptime situation of being treated so very poorly on Christmas morning at her store. She was not even going to offer any sort of an apology let alone mention it until I did to this freshman manager. She began making excuses instead and I got the feeling she blamed me fro the way the male treated me and threw me out of the store on Christmas morning after I was told to just let myself out when ready. I was hurt by this. I have been a faithful customer of Starbucks since before there was Starbucks in ur town and much longer than the manager or her male employee have been able to draw a check from one. I called the district manager again and lo and behold the store manager called her the very second I left the store to excuse her poor management skills and try to villainize me for being upset at the way I was treated so poorly by the young male on Christmas morning. Needless to say the District manager checked off all her boxes and dispassionately quoted to me from Starbucks guidelines, saying that the manager and herself are following all the correct Starbuck protocols.
There is no such thing as loyalty or customer service at the Raab and Main store in Normal, Illinois. Christmas is just another day to one their pockets and put on a fake smile but when their obnoxious worker makes a heinous mistake they circle the wagons and act like they don’t need you or your money and oh by the way Merrrrry Christmas but get out now!

I have been sitting and doing work for a few hours listening to the manager constantly give her team motivational talks and constantly checking in on them to make sure they are doing okay while it is VERY busy on a Saturday morning. Yes, the coffee and food is always good, but the positivity that radiates is what makes this place special!

My friend and I went to this starbucks on a slammed saturday morning, the manager who took our order and was helping out at the window was SO upbeat and sweet despite clearly being in the middle of a massive rush. She was really friendly and the service was super speedy, i like never leave reviews and i sadly didn’t see her name, but i wanted her to have some kind of recognition! 🙂

I was happy to see this starbucks was right off the highway, for the perfect stop to stretch legs and get something delicious to eat and drink. I ordered a head on the app and was able to run in and get my order. I was glad I didn’t place it as pickup in drivethru lane, because that was quite long. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and greeted me when I stopped in. My drink was made exactly as ordered. I thought the cart with all the extras loaded near the pickup section was really smart and I wish other stores would do the same, it saved time to bother a barista to ask for a bag and etc.

I don’t get why these stores struggle around here when I can drive an hour or two north and go to any Starbucks in the suburbs and get a drastically better experience, every single time!

The stores around here are the only ones I find coffee grounds in my drinks..and always taste like they were made incorrectly. Reaching out to customer service is useless, and the store managers also won’t do anything. Save your money!!! The drinks here aren’t worth it!!

They insisted on serving me a Pink Drink with spoiled milk. You can see the spoiled milk in the photo. They weren’t happy when I asked them to make it again, refusing to take back the spoiled drink so I had to find a way to dispose of it from my car. Never apologized. The shift manager, Chelsea, is very rude and acts like it’s the customer’s fault. Told me the Manager is too busy to return my call. I won’t go there again.

This was a fairly run-of-the-mill Starbucks with the standard Starbucks food and drink offerings. Our coffee was prepared fairly quickly, but for some reason our bakery items took over 10 minutes. It was moderately busy here on a late Sunday morning. Staff were pleasant enough and the food and drinks were prepared accurately.

I ordered a Venti Iced White Mocha. No whip, vanilla sweet cold foam instead. Light ice. It’s what I get from Starbucks every time. So I totally know what it looks like. I decided to just go to the one closest to me for convenience. First pictured is what I got (second picture is the order). When I first received it, I was like ?? That’s not what it looks like. The barista told me it just wasn’t shaken.

No, it’s just not an iced white mocha. Looks like you added chocolate powder too. Or just regular mocha. Idk

Not in a confrontational mood today, so I just took my drink to the Starbucks off of Veteran’s and Washington and got an actual iced white mocha instead. There’s a reference photo for you guys on the right.
