If I could give this place negative stats I would. I placed an order 25 mins in advanced and when I get there they ask me to pull around and I had to wait about ten more minutes just for me to go inside and my drink has been sitting there. What a disappointment

Starbucks seems to always prioritize a consistent experience for its customers. No matter what Starbucks I enter, I have come to expect a certain type of experience that includes consistent customer service, consistent quality of coffee, and consistent atmosphere. This location was what I expected. No issues. Just a consistent experience, which is what I want as a customer.
The coffees were on point. Bathrooms clean. I needed a door code from the barista to enter the bathrooms. The bathrooms also have clean, well-maintained changing stations for babies. I did not use the drive thru, so I can’t comment on that, but my overall experience was as expected, which is great.

My daughter used her birthday gift card here, and when she accidentally dropped her drink, the staff immediately made her a new one without hesitation. That small act completely turned her day around — and the remake probably had caffeine, which helped too! It’s little gestures like that that go a long way. The only downside is the location; and the outdoor area as not as nice as other Starbucks locations.

Used to drive extra miles for the service of this location! Not to mention as soon as you enter your gonna tear up your car with the poorly designed deep into the parking lot it’s always a hit or miss on how you’ll be treated and the product of the coffee.

Wish this place had hotter coffee and was quicker. Do not comprehend the wait when so many people work here. I only want a pike, nothing fancy. Very friendly but I am taking my business to Culver’s for a hot coffee, surprisingly good and always consistent (and cheaper to boot). Wait time is better too.

Closest starbucks location to me, come here often to study like many others and today it was horrible! Staff were yelling very loudly and would flirt/giggle/and sing at middle-aged men. Just very odd behavior and very distracting when trying to study.

My wife ordered herself a specialty drink, they gave her literally all ice. Once I said something they just removed ice and gave her a partially full drink. On top of that they took over 10 minutes for my Frappuccino while their location was empty and not busy at all. They normally never disappoint but today I have to admit it was horrible and It seemed the employees much didn’t care of our concern.
