I had such a great experience at my local Starbucks, and I really wanted to highlight the amazing leadership of the store manager, Leo. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Leo and his team consistently provide excellent barista service, and you can tell they truly care about each customer’s experience.
I often come here to relax and catch up on work on my computer, and it’s always a comfortable, inviting space to do so. The drive-thru is just as impressive—always smooth, efficient, and perfect when you need a quick pick-me-up.
What really stands out is how Leo goes above and beyond to connect with customers on a personal level. One time, he surprised me with a drink, and it genuinely made me feel so valued and appreciated. It’s little moments like that which make this location special.

This is my absolute “go to” every Saturday morning before the gym. The opening staff is extremely friendly, fun, and professional. They know me by name, remember my order and are the perfect crew to interact with as I start my day. The vibes are awesome and the customer service is top notch. This place has been great for years, I appreciate their service to the customers and community. Highly recommend!

Okay, so I dont really leave reviews BUT today I met a kind worker.. he was very cheerful and bubbly and said $12.02 ill see you!” It made me giggle. Mind you im having a really hard time in my life.. he asked how I was doing and his kindness was just so sweet considering I havent had any type of niceness in my life lately. Nothing wrong with my order, but I placed a mobile order 3-5 minutes before pulling into the drive through and the lady taking orders rudely told me I needed to wait 15 minutes before attempting to pick up my order. The app told me 5-8 minutes for pick up time and I had to wait behind 4 cars in the drive through.

went to order a cold brew with vanilla sweet cream and was told they did not have cold brew so than I ordered a iced caramel macchiato and attempted to order a pink drink and worker was very irritated and said no we dont have acai so no pink drink. The caramel machiatto was also missing a shot because all you could taste was milk. I understand sometimes you run out of ingredients but the entire experience with the worker and his tone was as if we were inconveniencing him.
