Sweat Less Travel
OK spot to get some work done! We’re here on our laptops; not crowded, but too few tables and too much hightop seating. The staff were friendly and courteous, and our order was made just right. Quiet, clean, and comfortable place to focus, albeit a little too small for my tastes. We’ll be back when we need a change of pace and a quiet place to sip on coffee.

Extremely kind staff, clean store and great coffee! I asked for a refill with one pack of tea (grande comes with two). They provided me with the extra pack to go. I usually ask for it but this time I did not and they still did it! Warm visit overall!

i dont always come to this store but yall definitely need to rethink the staff here, “Cilla” needs to double check and make sure that window is shut before talking crap about customers; plus excessive eye rolling when i asked for a straw. I usually don’t have issues with the other workers but it just gives a horrible experience when it seems that the worker doesn’t want to be there AT ALL.

Service was excellent, I was greeted when I entered and helped with a gift card question. My order was completed in a timely fashion and correct.
There were NO comfy chairs or couches. The high tops with bench seats were nice, but I prefer to lounge more.
To top all the baristas wished us a good day as we were leaving.

I just paid for a coffee. Full price. Why ask me for more? You get paid to do a job. Tips are for above and beyond amazing mind blowing customer service….
Like I wish I could bless you with JOYbut here’s a “tip”. Everytime you hold up a card reader doesn’t mean you deserve a tip. Doing your job doesn’t get you a tip. Being polite doesn’t equal extra money. Go above. Do the extra to earn it. DESERVE THE TIP.

I attempted to purchase a coffee this evening and it didn’t go well. The card reader said “accepted remove card.” The young lady in the drive-thru then stated that my purchase didn’t go through on her end. She attempted to run my debit card another 2x and both were declined by Chase bank. I tried explaining to her that the card reader said that it was approved and my bank will automatically decline duplicate charges. I opened my bank app on my phone and showed her that I was already charged $12.99. She said it “didn’t matter because it was pending.” She also stated that she would still need payment. Needless to say, I wasn’t paying $24 for a mediocre already overly priced coffee. The manager refused to give me my purchase and demanded another form of payment from me. I pulled away, called chase Bank, and am currently disputing this stores fraudulent charge to my account. Stay away!
