I went to the same Starbucks and asked for a hot water with lemon two scoops of Matcha and one packet of honey I paid for the two dollars of Matcha the honey my drink was $2.36.
I came to the exact same Starbucks I had either Abby, Grace or mar in the drive-through. Whoever was on the speaker was arguing back-and-forth about the price of the drink that they are now charging me $6.86 for. They instructed me to go to another Starbucks because whoever had ran it in before ringing in incorrectly and asked me for that person so they could get their fellow teammate in trouble instead of just simply making sure that the customer was satisfied and then dealing with their team later.
I find this to be a common problem at Starbucks ever since they changed their drink options on the menu their employees are all over the place. The drinks are made inconsistently the way that they are ringing our inconsistently even at the same Starbucks the staff is still not on the same page of what should be charged and shouldn’t be charged.
For someone who drinks Starbucks 3 to 4 times a day I have started moving my service to Dunkin’ Donuts and only coming here once a day no one wants to argue about their coffee. Or be overcharged for their tea.

Oh and let’s add once given had no sticker and was the wrong size.

I usually do not share my experiences at places, good or bad, but today I had a warm and welcoming experience at this Starbucks this morning around 11. My order was taken so perfectly, and my drinks were up to standard and tasted amazing. At the window, Michelle, was the nicest person, she gave me my drinks all ready to go with straws, stopper, and a tray and a bag for my food. She is so on top of making sure my order was accurate and efficiently made and ready. Michelle is the best!! I have gone to other Starbucks and this one does not compare to anywhere else.

The barista charged me 18$ when I had a 5$ tea that’s it on my order. When I asked her why she OVERCHARGED she called her manager but they both acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all and I was overreacting or wrong for even wanting it fixed. To the point she returned 17$ when we asked why if it was 18$ she got annoyed and handed a dollar from her tip jar. If you can’t handle the job of serving people don’t take it. Then get mad when you mess up is ridiculous. These people suck and her manager just enabled her. Took forever to give us the tea because she was mad. Disgusting entitled attitude from people that are supposed to be working customer service. Go to any other Starbucks

Ordered ap nitro cold brew on the mobile app app stated it would be ready at 9:45 to which I arrived just before 9:45 and waited until 9:57. Theres no method to cancel the order via the app, I left then I called the manager and asked them to refund my account or to just cancel the order and they told me they could do them either to just come back whenever it’s convenient so it’s an inconvenience me twice is the Starbucks method of doing business and I think they just lost a customer because as I write this, the irritation grow stronger not very professional not a happy customer no longer a customer.

Good afternoon, I want to let you know that some of the waiters here have a bad attitude. I have been to this Starbucks countless times and some of the staff here know me and are very friendly. But unfortunately, I encountered a lady with a very bad attitude today. The reason is that I ordered a cup of White Mocha and she made it wrong. I asked for a change. The lady’s attitude was very bad and she had a bad face. I am very sorry. You made my coffee wrong. I asked you to change it. What’s wrong? I don’t recommend this place anymore.

I will not be going back to Starbucks

When you’re paying her job looks like lemonade inside of it. I asked the employee to remake it. She was very rude and she didn’t make it of the cup of ice did not fill it up lately and it still looks like that was no matcha.

I’ve did a mobile order here for coffees and bread only to find out they given me an incomplete order. I tried calling but it is useless, you’ll get a busy tone once you ring them.
