I visited this Starbucks on 1/14/26, at 9:30 am, at the height of a typical Chicago whiteout storm. I was greeted by Tyler, who made me feel welcome, even as I was in the store and not going thru the drive-up. Tyler was smiling, efficient and my Chai Tea Latte was perfect. Starbucks is known for its high quality and Tyler certainly is an asset. The storm was wreaking havoc and this visit made everything warm and calm. Thank you, Tyler.

I ordered a egg pesto Mozzarella sandwich…but where is the mozzarella cheese & why is the dollop of pesto off to the side?? It was so sloppily presented…do you not know people eat with their eyes??
When I asked about it, your employees told me it came that way. Now I know why I dont order food at Starbucks. I had to ask for a refund of $5.64
Starbucks, you need to do better or you wont get my business! Interestingly, your own employees agreed & shared that the sandwiches have coming in “that way” & people have been complaining — not good, Starbucks!

Friend suggested we meet up here to catch up and once I walked in I realized why she suggested this place, there was more seating than I normally see at a Starbucks. Employees were friendly and service was great. Order was made right and tasted great. The tables were clean and there was plenty of parking. If the weather was nice, I saw quite a few patio seats outside as well.

I brought my laptop to answer some emails. There were other people also enjoying the coffee house.
I ordered a Nitro Grande coffee. It came out perfect.
I also ordered the Spinach, Feta & Egg White wrap to eat. It was delicious
Staff was friendly. No complaints 🙂

This Starbucks multiple times now I order my drink they tell me I have to circle back around the drive through and wait in line or he can give me a watered down drink. Are you serious? I placed my mobile order ten minutes ago. I asked can they bring it to my car. No other Starbucks has made me do that before. How can you even offer a watered down drink im paying for. Just weird business. Take it off the menu then. I’m a paying customer sorry my drink takes a little longer to make that’s why I order it ahead. I would like to be treated fairly and with kindness not attitude and drama.

You know what to expect if you have ever been to any Starbucks, It’s a Starbucks like all others. Same generic sterile atmosphere. Overpriced Coffee drinks and a small selection of very Overpriced bakery. But poeple love Starbucks, I am not one of them. I feel it is just average in all aspects, but with high prices. In conclusion, this is like every Starbucks I have went.

They make really bad coffee, I ordered a flat white, no coffee at all, just milk, I will never come back here again! By the way, customers came back in front of me to return their order because the staff made it wrong!

Staff was absoslutley awful. Staff member got told to bag my order and just walked away without doing it. Waited 15 for a online order. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Drove thru Monday 11/17 ordered a short dark roast coffee. Last week with tax it was $2.82, today it was $3.39. When I got to the window I asked the woman when prices went up. The usual response (and the one I got today) was oh I’m not sure. Then she mentioned Oak Brook has a little different tax situation Incase I purchased last week elsewhere. .60 cents difference in taxes? Sounds like the guy in our WH just lie your way thru every situation. I’m done with them.
