Never expected to get food poisoning from coffee but that’s what happened after going here on Saturday, 11/15/25. Before heading back to Bloomington with my family, I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts to get a cup of coffee. Decided to go with a hot cocoa mocha latte. The latte wasn’t as hot as I expected but didn’t give it as much attention. This should have been the first indication that something was wrong.
The next three days, Sunday – Tuesday, I was extremely sick and nauseous after drinking a bad cup of coffee
Will not be returning to this establishment again.

I really love the new management at this location. They are very friendly and very prompt. I highly recommend this facility.
Abhi is awesome as well, always very courtieus and friendly. Not too mention my drink, Iced caramel crazed latte, is always perfect.

This is an excellent Dunkin! The drinks taste phenomenol and the staff is amazing. The young woman who made my drink made my day, she was so sweet and just great at her job!!

This is now my number one favorite Dunkin ever. I come here nearly every day. My drinks are always made extremely well, same with any food I pick up. The best part about this place are the workers. They are very good at their jobs and so, so nice. I truly look forward to seeing them when I come on to get my daily coffee! Just wow!

On Sunday it was 10/10 the drink donut and I couldn’t wait to come back. Unfortunately when I came on Thursday this was not the case and the drink was made twice and tasted horrible but the customer service was great! The cashier apologized and remade the drink with no hesitation but it was not like the Sunday guys and that’s okay. I was willing to take it and go fix it at home because she kept a smile and remained pleasant. In the times we are living in this can be rare. This location is a new favorite I’m going to come Sunday again and give it another go
