This is one of thee best Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff is what makes this location special – they are friendly, thoughtful, efficient. Occasionally, there are new staff who need some grace in terms of being as fast as more senior staff. I frequent this location often – and the staff may have my drink made as they see me walking from the parking lot. All the usual Starbucks products – and a great staff.

Everytime I order the double smoked bacon croissant the bacon is always raw. I try calling the store and noone answers. Also there is no way for you to ask for crispy bacon when you order online. It’s crazy that for the amount of money you spend to frequent this establishment you would think their standards would be higher to make their clientele happy.

I asked the barista why my iced pecan crunch latte didn’t come with sweet foam. I also didn’t get the pecan crunch. She said it didn’t come with it. I had this drink at a different location and it wasn’t the same. She was trying to make 3 drinks at a time and kept looking on the tag because she keeps getting confused. Why do that and compromise customers by giving them inaccurate drinks. Why have a menu of you’re not gonna follow it? I even showed her the photo. She still insisted it didn’t come with foam. Smh… she was blaming starbucks for false advertisong because when I showed her the picture, she said they just made it look appetizing but that’s not what you get. 10/26/24 5:36pm white female barista with long hair.
