Ordered the jack-o’-lantern pizza for my kids. First it was over an hour delivery time. But it was okay because that was still a somewhat reasonable time for a busy night. The pizza got to our home an hour late AFTER the delivery window had passed, lukewarm at best, the jack-o’-lantern pizza looked like it’d been thrown together without any quality control or care. We tried calling the store only to be placed on an endless loop of ringing and hold music. Would give zero stars if I could.

How does this pizza look? I ordered this for a 7:30 pick up, as we hung up the operator said it would be ready at 7… I said, wait, we can’t pick up til 7:30…. She transferred me to the store but had to explain situation 2x. they said it was already baking … the manager said he would make sure it was fresh … my hubby picked up on his home and thinking it was fresh … this is how it looks … and it tastes just as crunchy/toasty … ran through the over 2x? In the warmer for 45m? Not sure what happened but this isn’t how fresh pizza looks. Disappointing for the usual papa John’s quality …

On a positive note … we had not had the pull aparts before and they were very good

We’ve had issues in the past and continued to give this place a chance. They never seem to get things right. Hope this review helps you not waste your time and money here. We are all struggling out here and depend on business to provide quality food and service. These are the places we depend on during long work days and not being able to get home on time to make dinner. Pizza is always a comfort food but not when it’s bad quality. You have many options in the area. So far this place is at the bottom of the barrel.

Ordered a Halloween delivery for 4:15 (placed the order at 1:30pm) my order was canceled at almost 9:00- the whole time the tracking was acting like my order was on the way . To top it off you guys still charged me and now nobody is answering the phone for the second damn day in a row . I want my refund! Now i’m gonna have to show up in person to get my refund so good luck with that…

I usually have a great experience at Papa John’s in Georgetown — the crew is always friendly, helpful, and on top of things. Unfortunately, today around noon was a very different story.

The woman working the counter (with the fake eyelashes) was incredibly rude. When I asked about an estimated pickup time for my order, she only shrugged and said, “Don’t know what to tell you, it’s Sunday.” If Sundays are known to be busy, then staffing should reflect that — customers shouldn’t be brushed off.

On top of the attitude, hygiene was a big concern. I watched her wipe her mouth and face with her bare hands, then immediately go back to cutting pizzas without sanitizing or washing her hands. That’s unacceptable in any food service environment.

I’ve never had to deal with this particular employee before, and I hope I don’t again. The rest of the team is usually awesome, but today’s experience was disappointing and concerning.

We got our food an hour later than we were told to expect it, and then when it finally got here, my pizza was made incorrectly. I asked for it well-done and it definitely wasn’t. When I called to ask where our pizza was, I was told it was sent to the wrong house, so sorry. A strained apology doesn’t make it right when my 4 year old is waiting for food an hour after it’s supposed to be there. This branch needs to brush up on their customer service in a big way.

Y’all better off going to HEB and buying a store bought pizza or even order from Pizza Hut lol atleast their pizzas are faster I wouldn’t trust this place they don’t even wash their hands while they make your food they touch everything and hav bandages on while making yall pizza so be mindful I wouldn’t trust it — always read the comments before ordering food from places is the pro tip

Would put negative stars if I could, order from another location. Whoever was working today 09/25/2025 needs to be let go. Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks, got 2 pizzas. 1 of which had no cheese and was undercooked ($20 pizza mind you) the other was burnt and not even cut. Called, over and over again for over 30 mins. No answer. Avoid this location.

I ordered on the app and sent my teen in to pick it up once the pizza tracker said it was done. After waiting for a long time after the pizzas were done per the app I observed the employee trying to send my kid out with one pizza instead of the two we paid for. I went in at that point to clear things up but the entire operation is understaffed and it’s obvious. Management should stop nickle and diming with regard to staffing and offer a better customer service experience that is in keeping with the information being provided on the app.
