I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! Jinan and Baraa were my servers, and they were both incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. Their warm attitudes truly made my visit special. The store itself was clean, welcoming, and had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy my drink. I absolutely love this location and appreciate the great service every time I visit. Keep up the amazing work!

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER! So rude & makes horrible drinks!! The tall Arab man (in the photo) & tall White man are the rudest ones! Messy counters & attitudes. The only employee who was AMAZING was the short Mexican man with the green apron in the photo ! 100% would never come back.

This location is absolutely filthy in the afternoon. The morning staff is more mature and actually cares. I visited over the weekend and it was a complete disaster. The bathrooms were dirtier than a porta-john on a construction site in 100 degree weather. The pick up counter was covered in garbage and the trash cans were overflowing. There was only 1 employee trying to work, the other one was working and on a personal call and the third employee had a group of friends inside. The place was not packed there was the group of friends and 1 person on the patio. The drive thru was constant but definitely not moving fast. The cleanliness is concerning and I will not be back.

I just find it weird that they hangout the window with the tip… then when you tip they don’t even say thank you I will never in my life go back the girl just thought I owed her a tip? Which makes 0 sense because it’s a hourly wage job so I whent above and beyond to tip someone to make there day better but it’s like owed? I don’t get it

I normally hate writing reviews but today I just have to. This is the third time where I have gotten a drink And get home to find out they didn’t put the syrup in it. Also, the person at the window of the day was not very friendly and when I was trying to put my drink mind you, I ordered three, In my Cupholder Here, here And I was like can you give me a minute? You didn’t even offer me a cupholder for the three drinks that I have. Super disappointed and I will never go there again… btw 3 Drinks down the drain

Great. Employees were very very very kind. The inside was very nice. Spacious, cozy, warm, and modern at the same time. Wait time was very long though and all I got was a Trenta strawberry acai lemonade refresher with light ice. It was very good though and things happen like that maybe they had a lot of people waiting.

Thanks for the $7 cup of ice! Was supposed to be summer skies lemonade drink but clearly only a few sips with this amount of ice. When I called to complain, nobody cared to answer the phone either.

Had to ask for sprinkles again. This wasn’t the first time that this has happened. Listen, I like some of Their Coffee selections and all, but if this continues to happen at this location, I will have to find somewhere else to go. Bummer, because this place is convenient and on the way to Our ultimate destination.

The drive-thru employee who worked the morning of 01/31/2025 is by far THE worst (not the blonde one with glasses, but the brown haired girl with a nose piercing and no name tag ever). It’s crazy how she has not had her attitude checked by management. This location must always get calls because I tried calling to let them know what happened, and their line is always busy. The dial tone does not even ring. Very very disappointed. Great way to start your Friday!
