Food was pretty good and the service too was good. They were fast and attentive. There was a pretty high up-charge for some truffle fries and I thought the price was a little high but all in all I’d sure try it again.

Had a very nice lunch at the Hotel today. Look forward to a dinner some evening at there restaurant ( The Indigo). Even though the place was completely remodeled, they did a very nice job of keeping history alive and well. Yes, I’d go back again.

Great contemporary restaurant inside the hotel of Amana Colony. Server provided wonderful service. The kitchen prepared delicious Reuben Sandwich and Fish and chips for our table. All was good eating and our plates were left empty by the end. Quick service and comfortable tables. Great fries and onion rings too.

I just had a delicious dinner of fish and chips at Indigo Room in Hotel Millwright. Sometimes fish and chips are rather plain, but there is nothing plain about this meal. I loved it.

Hello, I don’t do reviews but this was not what we expected for $50 dollars a plate. (We had a waitress that I believe wasn’t trained at all. She came to the table no pad, and then it all went down hill. Our dinner drinks arrived at various times though out the over 3 hour dinner. UHHHH. We had a scoop of carrots, boiled pototoes, a small
tenderloin, and all of this came at
different times all the same lukewarm. We had a very small cesar salad too. I would not give this a chance until I hear from people that the food has improved with the service. Thanks!( Train everyone-waitresses and cooks.)
The hostess was very kind. This was a special night, and it was hard to have.

We went there for breakfast and tried a few different dishes. Loved the Farmers Bowl, The Dutch babies and Oat cakes.
Service was excellent and the decor was welcoming and inspiring. This restaurant is inside the Hotel Millwright in Amana.

We stopped in for a snack and cocktails and were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails were top notch as the bar tender TJ was truly amazing and definitely knew her stuff. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms that were delicious !!!! This is a must stop when in the area !!!

Ordered Turkish bun and coffee. Sadly, the place was understaffed, thus it was hard for servers to keep up. Because our group exceeded 6 (about 10), a 22% gratuity was automatically assessed. I wouldn’t mind so much but it was 18% service. And we were an easy group – no substitutions or complaining. Service very slow. Took over 20 minutes to get coffee. We were there for over an hour.
A mistake was made on our order and corrected with brought to attention.
Food ok. Skimpy with the cream.
Ambience nice and historic.

I might go again and allow for more time, and review the menu before arrival to place an order upon being seated.

I like to support rural businesses and I can imagine managing them is not easy.
