🙁 super sad… the frozen hot chocolate was good, but the Hot White chocolate mocha we also ordered was a straight black coffee.. 🙁 ended up not even enjoyable. (1 for atmosphere cuz we were drive through and 4 for service because the girl was nice that handed us our drinks)

Be prepared to stand in line for ten minutes while all the employees stare at each other not bothering to help or ask if you need assistance. They also are the only location that never greets their customers. Awful customer service all around from not only the employees but the management. Do better.

I placed my order of one drink at the drive thru, the girl taking my order said “Your total will be (however much it was), thank you!” and I responded with a “Thank you”. Then I heard “Was she mocking me?” and laughter coming from the speaker. I was mortified and would have just pulled out of the line and left if it wasn’t the type of drive thru with curbs to keep you in line. I know Starbucks workers can deal with some crazy, rude people, but I was just using basic politeness and I’m not sure how it got taken that way to that worker. At least turn off your headset if you’re gonna talk about the customers lol.

The people in the drive through are rude-like you’re taking them away from something important. I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha today and I got home to drink it and it was only half full probably because I didn’t tip them because they were rude!

When I want to enjoy coffee I don’t only look for a place that makes good coffee, I look for a place I feel comfortable sitting at, a place where a friendly service and good coffee are combined, which is why I love coming to this branch. Not only because it’s closer to my home, but because of all the qualities I mentioned above. I will continue to call this branch of starbucks my favorite one, and when I go to others due to location or other reasons, I don’t feel at home..
