Being a regular customer, I have noticed over the past couple of months the quality of the Craftsmanship of the drinks have been really off, they barely get the order right because they are to busy rushing u through your order with rolling eyes or sucking teeth. The atmosphere is far from pleasant anymore the customer service is really lacking. I have considered a couple timesnfoing to the other location based off of an interaction with a specific individual but it was condescending and wrong at the same time but then of course, cleaned it up with I am sorry about that, but that’s not who what the review is about, it’s about the once kind friendly respectful atmosphere is lacking and needs to improve. The craft of the brastias also needs to improve we should not have watered down cold foam and warm iced drinks …. Just a few thoughts from a concerned customer

I frequent this location because it’s on my way to work. Although the expiration date on the protein box says 12/20/24, clearly the fruit was not any good. It was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and not appealing so I throw it out. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

I spent about seven or eight hours here while a festival finished up. I didn’t get a chance to catch any of their names, but the employees working on 8/31/25 provided great service and were so kind. They even recommended new drinks to me that were very yummy! Thanks again!!

My drink was made incorrectly at oak lawn Starbucks which has happened more than I’d like. Being the only near one toward me. I walked and and asked Nisreen if they can possibly help with my order since I was headed the opposite direction and she remade my order with no hesitation and apologized. She was so professional and nice. She made it easy for me which I must say, this is 100% awesome customer service! Thank you Nisreen!!

Clover Location. Go here often, service is so so, hit or miss, sometimes you end up getting very unaccommodating and rude baristas. They do stuff in a hurry…and many times mess up drinks. They don’t take their time and the consideration to finely craft a drink at least my every 4th or 5th drink from here is messed up! The manger barista doesn’t even have primary level of customer service training, instead of taking care of customer and making them happy, she supports the rude barista.

got a tea made today and was told that they “couldnt fit” the extra strawberry acai in my drink that says no water and light ice. the older lady at the drive through was rude after i asked her to remake it also.

Horrible SERVICE!!!! Drive thru barista is rude I have been buying a Hot Venti Caramel Brulee Latte everyday for the past 2 years, but recently the drive thru baristas are very very rude and they add more foam than coffee!!! I have reached out to Starbucks 4 times to report this location, taste and the service are horrible now. I do not recommend this location. The coffee is $7 and then they ripped me off!!!!!
