Great experience at this Starbucks in New Lenox. It’s always super quick. The drinks and food are always made right, and I appreciate how consistent they are with my order every time I stop in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the store is always clean and well-kept, creating a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area!

Love this Starbucks. The drinks are always made perfectly and taste consistent every time. The baristas are friendly, quick, and always have a good attitude even when it’s busy. The store is clean and has a welcoming vibe that makes it a nice place to stop or hang out for a bit. Definitely a reliable spot for a great drink and good service.

I often stop by this Starbucks and they always make everything right ! The employees are always nice and very welcoming, the bathrooms are always clean, the lobby is always clean and even during a rush their area of work is always clean. You can tell straight away that they have a manager or shift supervisor that is always keeping things clean, organized and their employees happy. It is a very busy Starbucks so don’t expect to be out in 5 minutes! Also, their workers are always smiling without being scolded at and it always looks like they are having a great day even in a rush. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could !! Definitely give those managers + employees a raise they are always working hard while being organized and clean !!! Not all Starbucks work like this taking care of both their employees and their customers. Also, they played The Lumineers! Whoever had the aux has taste !!!

I come to this location atleast 5-6 times a week and majority of the time I’m disappointed. I always get iced caramel macchiato with extra Caramel. Again tonight another drink with not even a tablespoon of caramel. It ruined the entire drink to hardly have one of the major ingredients and to ask for extra and barely get anything is annoying when paying almost $7 a drink. It’s basically a glass of milk which I can make at home. Don’t even line the cup. Just a few drops on the bottom.

Drinks were ok, but you might want to let your staff know that using blue permanent markers on plastic cups that sweat when holding a cold drink isn’t a great idea – the ink runs and ended up staining my hands and shirt.

I typically don’t write reviews often, but this felt necessary. I go to this location in new Lenox because it is fast pace. I go through drive thru usually before work to get drinks in the morning around 10. The employees are always nice and welcoming. However, the young man that took my order and helped me at the window was on another level rude. I order two drinks today, an ice chai tea and an iced vanilla latte. I get to the window and the guy with curly hair and ear piercings did not greet me. Gave me my drinks and one of them was wrong. The latte was given hot when I had asked for iced. I know it was a small mistake and the workers are usually nice about it. Though, the guy gave me a dirty look and you can see in his body language he was annoyed. I work with customers in the food service so I understand how he felt but it was unprofessional. When I got my ice chai as well, it was mostly milk. I know I could have had it remade but I didn’t want to trouble him since he was already in a mood and I had to attend work on time.
