Ordered from door dash which they did fine with their part, even went as far as to call and let me know they was out of walnut shrimp and give me the few items they did have. I originally ordered the bigger plate and wanted 1 walnut shrimp and 2 original orange chicken with fried rice and 2 small orders of cream cheese ragoon. Since they didnt have walnut shrimp I said I would take Kung poa chicken. When recieved the orange chicken had maybe 3 pieces. The Kung poa chicken if that is what it was. Was so hot and filled with hot peppers it couldn’t be eaten. The cream cheese ragoons was a shell. One had a lining of cream cheese barely. 2-3 was green onion lined and that was barely. And the others where completely empty. The only thing I got to eat was my fried rice. My mouth was so on fire that I had to just stop looking for the orange chicken to eat. My husband who loves hot food even said he wasn’t eating more then a few bites. His mouth was in fire. Idk what happened but for a meal we spent more than 30 bucks on was thrown away. Not sure I will be returning my business.

Went through The drive-through. Ordered the Angus steak, which is $1.50 extra. Got home, opened it up…I literally got two pieces of steak!! The rest were vegetables and the other part of the entrée. They put more of the orange chicken to try and hide the fact that they didn’t put any steak but two pieces. That’s ridiculous!! This can’t be policy to give the customers this much after charging them extra. 2 pieces? I mean, I know they can probably only give so much of an entrée but of we’re paying extra… There should be a scoop full of steak. Not two pieces and vegetables. I would give zero stars if I could on here

Ordered through the drive through. Was made to wait for a bigger plate for 10 minutes, just to get home and see they didn’t put any of the 3 entrees in the bigger box. We checked everywhere, and no entrees. They gave me a box full of chow mein, and wasted my time. 1 out of 10, would never recommend shopping somewhere where they could mess up an order so badly. Coming back when a manager is available for my refund. It was a straight up scam.

So I order a plate online of chicken teriyaki and black pepper steak which they charge $1.50 more for. I get it, it’s steak. Got back to work to only see I have about 3 small pieces of steak and BUNCH of veggies. Not to mention, the broccoli is just the steams….So did I pay for the veggies this trip? The chicken, lol the chicken is cut into huge pieces and they didn’t even give me the sauce to go on top. Not sure how you manage to GRILL chicken and yet it comes out soggy with no sauce..The noodles, the noodles feel like they dipped them in water and served them fresh out the box. Hard.

Over the last few months, this chain has gone down hill. I will no longer be entering a Panda Express! Training is not what it used to be.

Tasted great! Everything was nice and warm. You order with a robot but the robot is very competent. The worker I interacted with was super sweet. Everything was fast and easy.

Showed up at 4:15 on a regular Saturday. They were literally out of half of their food options. We couldn’t even ask them to cook some kung Pao chicken because it was frozen and would have taken 30 minutes. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. Also had to ask them for napkins and utensils because those were empty.

I got there about 1:00. All of the food vats were just about empty and very dried out. I was not impressed at all. The service was good. They just were not serving quality food at the time

This panda is notorious for asking you to pull out of the drive through to wait for food and then totally forget to bring it out. I had to go in to request my order, and they had no clue what I was looking for. And then had to make it after a several minute wait.
