my first time going inside to sit down and enjoy a cup of matcha was yesterday I usually go through the drive through) the service was excellent I felt valued and welcomed. This is my new coffee stop in, good atmosphere to sit and read. Everyone one is so kind! That’s hard to find. I want to highlight the manager yesterday she help me get more comfortable by rearranging my table to fit my comfort without me even asking. Its the little thing that make a big difference. Thank you

Everyone in here was so nice and quick getting me my drinks and food, but I just would like to see less mess in the store. Several tables were messy, the ground had coffee spilled on it, and the garbage/napkin area was pretty dirty also.. I get it that you can’t keep up with everything all the time but they weren’t too busy inside or with the drive through and I don’t think I saw anyone come out within the 2 hours I was there to clean up. Overall though I thought it was great and will definitely be back.

I ordered a latte and was only given a cup with water and syrup. The drink inside was clear. No sign of espresso or milk. I told an employee about it and they took my drink and made me a new one. Didn’t even apologize for it. The service was very rude and couldn’t make a simple latte correctly.

Took 20 minutes for my mobile order. 10 minutes to wait. 10 more minutes after notifying the employees. No one apologized either. I was greeted when I walked in though.

So tired of paying $7 for a latte just to have it filled only 3/4 of the way. As a former Starbucks barista, I know the rules and how to make the drinks and it’s not hard…. Measurements are there for a reason. So disappointed and irritated with my drink today.

Stopped off on a cold winter day to get a nice hot cup of coffee. All the employees were very pleasant and friendly. My order came out quickly and everything was made to order perfectly. They have lots of tables no couches or armchairs. They also have have a couple of out door tables. Lots of parking.
