Worst experience at this location. Joce made my drink. They didn’t provide the cold foam so I returned the drink to receive the cold foam. Before adding it she sniffs the cold foam and adds it to the drink. I let them know I didn’t want a drink that someone’s nose was near. Joce laughs and the lady working in drive thru tells me to pull around and they will bring it out. They didn’t not bring it out. I went inside and when I asked about the drink Joce points to the same one she tried serving me the first time. She continues to laugh and says she had to smell it to see which cold foam it was. In the end no apology was given, this is the drink I received. Just something they quickly put together. All the caramel just slathered on top.

First of all, the young black lady taking orders at the drive through Saturday, 2/7/26 around 4 pm was wonderful and smooth. I do not do Starbucks often, and must stay in a calorie deficit. Only came bc my kids wanted fraps. /After giving her my matchta preference and explaining my limitations , Her rec was amazingly delicious. This is not my local SB/coffee shop, but if it was, I would be a regular for the vibes alone.

This store is CLEARLY drive through oriented. Great if you’re driving through,*I imagine*. Not a store to visit in person. The parking traffic flow is also oriented ONLY FOR drive through. It is nearly impossible to get in and Park in the lot due to how traffic for is designed [or rather of design!]

The service was terrible. The person who served me was very rude, and not only to me, but also to an elderly person. She answered them rudely and angrily. That’s not right because if customers don’t come, they won’t have jobs. All of us who work in customer service should be kind, respectful, and empathetic because that’s how we earn a living.

Would suggest doing drive-thru only.
I went inside to order and use restroom and they literally walk facing the other way to avoid taking orders.
After waiting for a while I had to walk over and say excuse me 3 times before they acknowledged me just to ask for the restroom passkey. After I came back I stood at the register watching them give eachother glances and looking back at me while still refusing to service me and walking by facing the wall and very obviously avoiding me. Waited another 10 minutes before someone took my order.

I hardly speak to the workers which to me, is a plus. I’m sorry to all the clients that require everyone’s attention, the place deserves more recognition, what’s draining these workers are clients who think they’re celebrities and hold gavels like they’re official judges from Maywood Courthouse.

I used to really like this Starbucks location. However, there is definitely poor management at this site as they often close early due to shortage of staff or basic ingredients. Staff are often not properly trained to prepare drinks or provide service. Hot coffee or hot lattes are often served at room temperature or they taste like someone with no experience at all prepared them. Lastly, this Starbucks location became VERY expensive. Not sure what is going on with this specific location.

Hey fellow Google Maps users! ☺️ I went to Starbucks in the Berwyn location right near North Riverside Park Mall on April 19, 2024 around 2:30 pm. I did a mobile order so that way by the time I walked in, it would be close to ready or already ready. I only had to wait a few minutes. The staff were really nice!
I ordered my go-to which is a venti strawberry açaí lemonade fresher. This drink always slaps hard. I totally recommend if you haven’t had this drink yet.
There were a decent amount of seating spots. There were 2 big tables with a bunch of seats which is awesome for bigger groups like if friend groups or co-workers for work come in to hang or get some work done.
☕️ Overall, I had a great experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

The only place where I was scolded for showing up a minute too early for an order. Also, there are no trash cans accessible to the drive thru, I asked the cashier to take my old starbucks cup from the previous morning. She refused. Stated they cannot take trash. Which I would understand if it was a handful of trash, not just a cup. Drove around the complex, there are 0 outdoor trashcans today. Do better. Also, whenever I order cooked items, if they’re correct, they taste like burnt dirty toaster oven. So, I stopped ordering edible items.

Well after being in the Drive-Thru 17 minutes, my mother tried those egg and spinach bites. She said she like those and she will try it at home. Her and my daughter love love love love that refresher with the mango pomegranate they love it. The next day we walked inside because my daughter wanted her own. Otherwise I don’t go there that often. I don’t quite understand the menu and all the extras that they add on. It’s cool
