Why the change?
This policy, reintroduced in early 2025, is part of Starbucks’ effort to create a welcoming environment, encourage sustainability with reusable cups, and give customers a reason to stay longer in their stores.
Only one suggestion (as a person who has worked in health care for years): the music volume needs to be turned down. It is at a deafening decibel. Especially bad with “girl moaning” songs like Billie Eilish, street beat sounds with drums pounding, auto-tune fake rap.
I honestly can’t recall a single positive experience here, which says a lot. It feels like management doesn’t take feedback seriously since the same type of behavior keeps showing up. I’m sure there are a few good employees, but after three bad visits in a row, I’d recommend avoiding this location.
The mango dragon fruit drink is really good !!!
