I love this Starbucks! Drink quality is very good even though it is holiday time ,and baristas are very nice they always greeting me whenever I come to drive thru! I always see warm messages on my cup and that makes my day!
I always get my coffee before my work and surprisingly every time when I go there I always see same barista, and her name is Sabina! It is very nice to see her everyday and say hello!

Yesterday I ordered a latte with foam and warm and another latte without foam and very hot, they gave them to me backwards, I complained and they gave me my late with whipped cream and toppings and I hadn’t asked for it like that and I complained again and the person who made them was still angry and told me that I asked for foam and whipped cream and that is impossible because I can’t consume any dairy and I asked for it through the app but since I ordered several drinks she refuted that it was my mistake, so I had to show the cashier my order on the app so they would believe me and even then they told me that it didn’t appear like that in their system! I love many Starbucks coffees and if I go to any location it’s because I live close but a lot of the people who work there are very rude.

I love Starbucks. I’m normally not used to expecting excellent customer service from a fast food restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the gentleman at the window was able to fix my drink that was made wrong at first. I got the brown sugar shaken espresso with chai that was recommended to me by him and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this Starbucks location to anyone, the employees are incredibly fast and were able to work through a very long line of cars very quickly.

I always get Chai. 9 pumps. Great service! But Since I used to make my drinks, it never tastes like they put 9 pumps. Disappointing but not unexpected.

This was my protein box today. So gross. Literally have mold. Did anyone not look at the apples prior to bagging?? Need to improve on quality control guys!! Also the pineapple refresher is so gross. The taste is so “fake.”

The food is fine but the drive thru is awful slow, I waited 25 min to grab a cup of coffee that’s ridiculous. Also once you enter their parking in lot you can’t leave because the parking in lot is too small so you are trapped on the drive thru lane.

Today, the barista got mad at me because she had to remake my drink (I asked for iced and received a hot). She glared at me and made me a drink with someone’s leftover half shot. A grande has two shots. I was floored when I saw her put it in but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I left and tried it and didn’t taste any espresso. It wasn’t until I got to work did I notice my coffee really didn’t have any espresso in it. There was mocha drizzle and caramel on top so that’s why it’s light brown. But yeah, don’t be petty, it’s your job. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and mostly everyone is nice and the coffee is well made but this incident today was ridiculous. I still drank it because I paid for it lol.
