Customer service is very rude. I simply asked if they had the Horchata Frappe, ro which the person answer no we are already heading into Christmas. A simple story at the moment would have been fine. However the Starbucks in St. Charles is still serving that drink which is why I asked.

Not too long ago I came to this Starbucks for coffee everything was great I ordered my latte no problem. However when it came to getting my coffee someone named Margot started yelling at me claiming I was taking another customers coffee when I was taking my coffee. I felt genuinely betrayed by her remark. She made me feel like a thief for taking my latte! If even had my name on it and everything. The manager should sit down with her and talk to her as to how to talk to customers.

No one was at register. I got greeted after 5 minutes of standing at counter. Everyone in the place was waiting on their coffee for about 10-15 minutes while staff was laughing, dancing, high fiving, and was only conversing with each other.

I would go to this Starbucks almost every morning on my way to work. I got familiar with the morning staff and they are just wonderful!
The drive through line was so fast and my drink was ready and exactly how I liked it every single time.

This location is a hit or miss. Some days are better than others. I ordered Iced caramel macchiato asked for extra caramel (can be tricky asking for extra because some go over board, some do it perfect and some not enough) taste too milky ; I also do an extra shot of espresso for this reason but I question if I really get that. My daughter’s drink “Chai latte” started shrinking in size and by the time I got home the picture is what I had… never usually have this problem so I don’t know what happened here. I tend to alternate Dunkin with Starbucks for this reason. Unfortunately today was not the day for Starbucks

This location has been remodeled since I was last there. Looks nice but there are only 9 tables, almost all for only 2 people. I met a friend on a weekday at 2pm and every single table was taken. Two by employees and the rest by individuals using it as their home office. Good thing the weather was nice enough we could sit outside. We will be looking for another Starbucks to meet at.

Never in my life have I been to a Starbucks that will make you feel bad if they made your drink wrong. Today in the drive through a man literally told me no when I told him my drink was the wrong color I could tell already it was going to be gross. Not the 1st time either but today he was so rude.
