So when I buy tea from Starbucks, I put one bag in the cup and keep another one to use later because it’s too strong with two bags same time that’s what I did earlier so I still had one teabag , I went in here and ask them for hot water and the guy told me I have to be customer at this location at that time to be able to get side of hot water in my own cup by the way
I wasn’t asking for Starbucks cup , went down to Dunkin’ Donuts no problem didn’t ask me a thing
I’ve been coming to this location ever since they opened this was for sure last time
Starbucks lets homeless people to hang out in there shops but a cup of hot water is too much to ask. Makes a lot of sense.

The 2 baristas could see me standing at the counter for about 5 minutes and did not even look me on the eye or say anything. They would look over at me and smirk. I definitely got a “that’s not my job” kind of attitude. Its a nice building. The drink was good.

I was meeting up with a friend on a Saturday morning. It wasn’t too crowded. The staff was nice. The service was pretty quick. The place was clean. They have outdoor seating which is nice when the weather is nicer. It’s not super crowded, but not so nice you’d just want to sit and work there.

I had called the store about needing to exchange a tumbler because the one I bought turned out to be defective. James was a wonderful help throughout my whole experience. When I called, he listened carefully, checked if the item was in stock, and after telling me his name, he assured me if I couldn’t come before his shift was over, he’d let his coworker know about the issue and gave me their name too just in case. When I arrived, the exchange was very quick, and he even took the time to make sure the tumbler was functioning properly when I asked him despite it being a little busy. I really really appreciate the care and consideration he gave, especially since I haven’t always had the best interactions in customer service recently. Thank you to James and the rest of the Starbucks team here, your kindness does not got unnoticed!!

Great little work neighborhood holdover spot for enjoying what’s left of the vanishing Starbucks “sit-down to sip with thousands of coffee beans grinding away experience.” Coffee smell. Very clean. Friendly team. And, I don’t mind at all that the district doesn’t modernize this cozy nook.

3/2024 3* Dropped in just for a gift card. Found it difficult to even get into the parking lot, etc. Very tiny parking lot. Staff was not so helpful. Out of most of the types of gift cards. Out of gift card sleeves. Not attentive. When leaving I noticed the overflowing garbage cans. It was only 6 PM tonight. Not exactly busy time. And there were 3 people working that I saw. Not sure why they can’t take care of the garbage.

The Customer Service here at the Golf Road and American Way Starbucks was exceptional. The person taking my order was friendly, patient, helpful, and offered some great suggestions.
This Starbucks, located near a very busy, slightly upper middle class to upscale nearby retail environment, will always be consistently busy.
This, Starbucks definitely needs some remodeling in terms of its tables and chairs, woodwork, and a few other elements. It’s not cozy.
This location reminds me of the one in Denada East, in Wheaton, where they will consistently have a multitude of people and exceptional business, and not taking the extra time, attention, and money into the upkeep and updating of the infrastructure inside.

Well this was a first. I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years and yet today, when asked if my Venti Mocha was “for here” or “to go”…I answered “for here”
I was presented with a large (venti?) porcelain mug with a heart drawn in the foam and was more than happy and felt like a valued customer! Thank you Erianne and Brendan and the team – great workplace vibe here. I’m coming again
