First time going to a Starbucks where the drive-thru associate told my girlfriend to circle the cafe 3 TIMES in order to not lengthen their drive-thru time. The order was sent through the online app for drive-thru pick-up a few minutes before arriving. The cashier insisted on us to circle back around the drive-thru line in order for their “drive-thru time” to not be extended. Nobody in-line, circled around the empty cafe three times just for an iced coffee with syrup. There is literally no difference in waiting at the window for our online order at an empty drive-thru versus ordering at the window itself.

This location seriously needs better management. The customer service is consistently poor, and the staff often come off as rude and unprofessional.
I hope someone in upper management actually reads these reviews, because something is clearly wrong at this location. Also, we all have the freedom to go elsewhere (trust me, I will) but employees should also consider whether this is the right job for them instead of taking their frustration out on paying customers.

I took my kids here for a treat. We did not know they closed at 8 pm. It was 750, so we ordered our food and sat at our table. At 802, one of the employees asked us to leave the premises. What a terrible service. You never ask a client to leave even if you are closed. If they wanted to leave at 8 pm sharp, they should have to close the place at 730pm. We had to leave and sat outside just to see the staff seating in the table we were sitting until 9pm… why did they rush us out if they were going to stay anyways???

Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .

Coffee quality is the same, but today like on many other occasions, it took them 20 minutes to fill one coffee cup order because they were moving so slow through the drive-thru. The people are friendly, but I do recommend going in to get your drink.

Drinks are always delicious here. While waiting in line, I witnessed Sarah the barista display the utmost amount of patience and hospitality dealing with 3 little kids paying with change for some drinks and cake pops. Seeing the interaction made my day.
