I saw something real disgusting like two weeks ago in the evening time before closing Time.. I had to turn around and not order..I don’t even want to say what I saw but management everywhere not only Starbucks. Need to start training people the proper I was going to call and complain and I just remembered so I’m going to say this. You people need to stop touching your face and scratching your head and touching brooms and then serving people.. that’s not what I saw .. I can’t even say what I seen it was . Okay

Fred has a very nasty attitude and a smart mouth. I don’t even expect great service, I just want to buy my stuff and leave, but he was so nasty that I have to say something. I ordered a pasty that was hard. I simply asked if I could have a different one. Fred came to the window and asked the staff why I was still there. They informed him that I wanted a different pastry. He yelled and said with a nasty tone that they were all like that, then proceeds to give me the old pasty back. I asked AGAIN if I could have a different one and the girl in the window repeated what Fred said again, essentially refusing to simply change my unopened pasty that I literally had just paid for without driving off. They ended up simply grabbing another pastry after having to ask multiple times and it was in fact NOT hard at all. Bring back the old staff because I’ve never had an issue in all the years I’ve been coming here. I shouldn’t have to argue with someone to get an edible pastry that I’m paying for.

Not bad but not great. Average. A few times I’ve placed my order online and it wasn’t ready at the time the app said. Sometimes it was crowded, other times it wasn’t. Today I realized I am over Starbucks..my order was late and tasted watered down unlike past orders. Starbucks was always a treat for me because they are too pricey to go everyday. But I will not be going anymore. Just rare occasions. I will be making drinks at home now to save money.

Here’s a pro-tip. When a customer walks in and is standing at the counter for like 5+ minutes..if you’re doing something else at the moment (like restocking cups) at the very least, make eye contact. Perhaps acknowledge them, say hello, I’ll be with you in a few minutes…something. This is the most basic customer service. And when you hand them a drink…this is when you say, “thank you.”

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The customer service at this place is beyond awful. The staff clearly does not care about doing their jobs, orders are ignored, and drinks are constantly made wrong. No one listens, no one takes accountability, and the quality is consistently terrible. The management here is a complete failure, and if they continue allowing this level of incompetence, this place is guaranteed to shut down sooner rather than later

I just wanna thank MJ, he went above and beyond for myself and my friend, I ordered on the app hoping to get a red cup. When I walked in I was told that they had run out an hour before I walked in. I was a bit disappointed & I told him that every year I try and every year I failed to get my hands on the red cup but that it was okay because I’m used to not getting to the store on time. He told me and my friend to hang tight because he was gonna look but wasnt gonna guarantee anything. He went to the back for about 3-5mins & when he came back I didn’t see if he had I cup or not, I was so ready to be sad the rest of my day. To my surprise he goes, “you both are in luck, these are the last 2 in the store.” This is a small win for my horrible week. So shoutout to MJ, thank you so much for making my week. I finally got my red cup!
