The food is always pretty good at this particular location. My only problem from time to time is the service. The last couple times I have ordered have been for a pick up order online and it’s usually after 9 PM. I’m not sure why but they lock the front door and then motion you to go to the drive-through window for service. I put in an online order Tonight and then I went to pick up the order and the front door was locked so I went to the drive-through window on foot. The girl came to the drive-through window and I told her I had an online order and then she said she couldn’t find my order. So I showed her on my phone the order and that it had alerted me that it was ready. She looked again and then she said that my order was canceled because they ran out of dough to make the pizza Puffs. I told the girl that’s fine but what about the rest of my order because I did order Italian cheese bread as well. She then put in the order and said it would be out soon and then charged my card. This whole instance was kind of bizarre because like why would you cancel the entire order because of one ingredient? I feel like in the year of our Lord 2025 that you could easily just say that the item is out of stock kind of like a Walmart pick up order, but to cancel the entire order with no alert stating that is pretty wild. And I don’t know what the deal is with the lock front door, but maybe it’s because they don’t want people to do walk-in orders after nine because they’re trying to close up at 10. Like I totally get that because I used to be retail management but at the same time you have to think that late orders for a pizza place are fairly common so like whatever you think, the locked door is going to do for you, I think that’s just a strange way to approach that. I don’t know for sure if that was the intention by the employees that are working, but I have a hunch that they’re doing that to get less orders so they have more time to clean and leave on time.

This place in the afternoon around 5-6 never has any food available for pickup at the window. What happened to “hot n ready” . They fill door dash orders but the wait tonight was over 1 1/2 hrs for pizza/breadsticks. If you can’t fill orders for customer’s at the drive through then at least put up a sign up rather than customers waiting in the drive through to be told no food available for an hour or longer.. DO BETTER, PLAN BETTER!!!!

Worst pizza place in the area by far! Don’t ever order online because they will
Cancel your order for no reason, and if they don’t cancel your order they will make you wait an hour or sometimes longer to pick up your pizza. The staff are always teenagers that barely work or even care about helping you. And it’s not because they are busy it’s because they are short staffed and obviously under paid. This is my warning if you want pizza go anywhere else. They should just shut this place down and turn it into another cell phone store. Worse pizza place in Leeds!

I placed an online order to be paid for with cash upon pick up. My order was approximately $37.
When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time I was told my order “is not pulling up.” I asked what that meant. She told me they “never received it.” I said that was odd bc my phone gave me a pick up time. She disappeared into the back and came back with another woman who was smiling, if not laughing, before she opened the drive thru window again. When she opened the window she said, “I’m sorry, our system canceled your order.” Right….your
“system” being that smiling woman beside you.
And instead of offering me something that was already made or suggesting I replace my order, or even verbally taking my order over again, they just looked at me like I was dumb until I drove away.
Sadly, I order from this location approximately once a week and I do not plan on returning here in the future.

Had the same issue as everyone else has recently. Place an order, go to get it, the lady at the window says she doesn’t have it.
Then she suggested it was automatically canceled by the app (16 minutes after it was placed).
It was our first time at this location and our last.
Awkward customer service and experience. It was obvious she canceled the order and wasn’t trying to get it corrected.

Its cheap pizza in leeds. Of course its gonna be super busy. I order online. And always give the employees at least 10 minutes before I leave the comfort of my house. And by the time I get there the pizza is hot and ready. And they’ve never gotten my order wrong.

I love the pizza from Little Ceasars. But the attitude and rudeness from the lady up front was insane. Unforgivable. On top of that when I asked her a question, she never answered. Come to find out, she rang me up for a drink that I didnt know about.

Have reached out to customer service with no response.

I recommend ordering ahead. I love that option. It is quicker that way especially when it is football season. I come to the drive thru grab my order and go. Staff is quick and nice

Walked in and the girl working the front never said a word to me. I stood there a few minutes and said to her that I was there to pick up an order. She never looked at me and said ok. Then continued to help the cars at the window. I ask if there was someone else that could help me and was told no.
Never got my order bc the girl working the front was so rude. Ask to speak to the manager and was ignored. Ask again to speak with the manager and the manager said she was too busy she couldn’t talk to me. Left WITHOUT a $70 pizza order that was called in. Very poor service!
