Went to this location with some friends around 4:15 and it was quite crowded. The line went pretty quick and I did also get my drink pretty quickly. Service was fine. I saw a group of teens who were being very respectful and quiet, an employee walked over to them and then a minute later they were getting up and leaving. I’m guessing these teens were being kicked out because of the new rule. It was also super cold out so pretty upsetting that these teens were getting kicked out. I don’t really understand this rule considering these teens were not causing any problems. Also, one of my friends, who ordered a refresher, got a lid that was cracked! That seems pretty unsafe to me. Overall my experience here was fine, nothing special.

I usually not always go to this location unless im dog walking a friend dog. So I usually want a pick me up coffee to start my weekend or day here. I went in to order a iced carmel machhiato. I know people put carmel around the cup or on the bottom of there cup. I asked for carmel on the bottom of the cup instead on the top of the ice. An older lady and the young college barista girl, both where complaining to me on how it is supposed to be made. When I just asked if you can but carmel on the bottom and not on the ice and cheap me out on 2-3 inches of not my full up of ice carmel machhiato. I wasnt to happy when the two ladies,where gaining up on me. When I asked for a simple thing. To just put carmel on the bottom of my cup. Then they put 3 shot of expresso for me when I asked if I can order some normal coffee and the college girl there said no I cant order normal cold brew coffee. I got disrespected there and gained up on. Which isnt right at all. Im for sure not going to come here anymore cause of that experience I just had. I know how it is supposed to be made but not how the older lady made it and still gave me attitude when she gave it to me and explained how she made it. Im not dumb on how things are made. For that im going some where else. I would like a refund on my drink for this experience.

Tears in my eyes from stressful events and personal struggles… Sometimes just ordering my coffee that I can effortless recite in my sleep can seem like an intimidating hurdle.
But in the moments when a stranger on the other side of the counter takes less than 2 seconds to sympathize with look of tears struggling to stay in, then cares enough to say “Are you okay?”- with full sincerity, I felt so noticed, not just seen.
No questions asked; she told me the code and directed me to the bathroom.
By the time I cleaned up and got of the bathroom, my drink was already waiting for me ready with a smile and a short but thoughtful note.

Recently discovered the Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Expresso – it’s now my favorite summer time treat! Today, I met a friend for coffee and I inquired about the iced horchata shaken expresso as it peaked my curiosity. But I wanted to stick with what I knew was sure fit – wasn’t ready to chance it – so I ordered my usual. Shortly after sitting and chatting with my friend, the lovely barista walked over and handed me an iced horchata to try! I was most touched by her thoughtful gesture! Now that’s customer service! Happy to report I now have 2 summer time drinks to choose from! Also, a BIG shout out to the staff – ever so friendly and helpful! Thanks for taking care of us in PR Starbucks!

New rule people under the age of 18 need to be with an adult to sit inside after 3 pm. This is very unethical. School ends at 3. Also very rude workers, they stare and whisper and look for any movement to kick out people under the age of 18. Very unprofessional.

I asked for coffee like in the picture, they made decaf coffee and it’s not like in the picture and they didn’t ask my name, the coffee stood for 25 minutes because they didn’t call me, I stood like an idiot for 25 minutes, I’m very disappointed that they work so unprofessionally
