I came this morning to get coffee at about 5:26 am. The doors were closed. I drove up to the window where there were 2 girls inside. They were watching me standing by their window and at the same time I was calling them to find out if they were open or not yet. They were too lazy to open their window and ask or just say the answer to my question. They stupidly pretended not to see me and walked by without coming up. I stood there for about 5 minutes and left. I don’t understand what kind of service and attitude these employees have towards customers. Do these employees have any concept of ethics in their attitude towards people? How do you recruit people? Many of your employees leave much to be desired.
