This place lacks consistency! When I order a burger at McDonalds, it’s the same whether I’m in Whitehall or Chicago. Nope, not Panera. One order, my sandwich has no onions, too few, or too many onions. Customization means nothing! Want Kalamata Olives on your salad, out of luck, totally forgot to put them on. Want a baguette, nope, it’s 5:30pm on a random Wednesday, they’re out. Want a bag of chips, nope, they mistakenly put an apple. It’s called QUALITY CONTROL! Frustrating but it’s the only local Panera.

During my second visit to Panera Bread, the establishment once again exceeded my expectations for what one might term “fast-casual dining.”
If you have yet to take advantage of their mobile ordering system, I would wholeheartedly recommend it; it is both straightforward and efficient.
On this occasion, I opted for the BBQ sandwich and tomato soup combo, a selection that proved exceptionally satisfying. Despite my general aversion to tomato soup, I found myself enjoying every last drop, even using the perfectly-baked baguette to mop up the remnants.
The BBQ sandwich, too, was an impressive balance of texture and flavor—neither too mushy nor overly sauced. Although I initially became a patron of Panera Bread due to their much-acclaimed charged lemonades, this subsequent experience affirmed that there’s more to relish here.
The serene ambiance, delectable cuisine, rapid order processing, and commendable hospitality all coalesced to create a truly remarkable dining experience.

I love Panera! And this location is very clean and has friendly employees. Quick and prompt service and I recommend to sign up for their rewards program because they have lots of great promos! The cinnamon crunch bagel is my fav. Highly recommended!

We have been experiencing a multi-day power outage, and I wanted to say that the staff in this Panera have been exceptional. It is much busier than usual due to many people (including me) trying to work, and they have been very accommodating and kind. I used to work at a different Panera location and was very impressed with the staff here.

This Panera is terrible! They mess up the orders constantly and everytime we get a sandwich there you never know what you are going to get. I have attached a picture of my Chipotle Bacon Melt.

I like Panera. Sure it’s a tad expensive, but I do feel like it’s better quality food than other “fast” food chains. Their value duets are pretty fairly priced I think. I absolutely love their tomato soup. Panera has the best tomato soup in the entire world. They also have a new bakery item— coconut macaroons. They are excellent! I’ve only tried the original, not the chocolate, but I loved it. I ordered on the app and did rapid pick up in store. My order was ready in less than ten minutes. No issues.
