Not the type to write reviews but the way the staff acted when I brought this back isn’t okay, it was like a normal thing for them, wasn’t expecting free drinks or whatever but no apology very unfriendly and unprofessional. One hair no problem, things happen but the $8 drink was full of hairs and probably the one I drank half way was too, be careful what you put in your mouth.

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks to get a nice cup of coffee and work. However, the evening staff was beyond obnoxious this evening. Their discussion was so loud as if no one was in the establishment. At one point I started to get up and leave but I wanted to finish my work. Management seemed to not want address the very unprofessional activity from both barista. I have to admit the one with purple hair was the most obnoxious. I hope that in the future the recognize customers aren’t in here to hear all about their personal lives as if we are rudely interrupting a girls night conversation.

as a partner, going back to get a drink fixed that was just ordered as is on the menu shouldn’t be happening. how do you mess up an iced chai with no modifications? and then proceed to give attitude when i ask for a remake, and then give back one that looks and tastes like straight milk? do better

This location was my favorite in the area, but lately they just can’t seem to get my order right. There’s always something missing. There’s only so many times I want to go inside after being in the drive thru line to have them fix it. It’s unfortunate because the staff is very friendly and even recognize their customers by specific order, but I shouldn’t have to come home and “fix” my coffee 8/10 times going there.

This place by far is the worst Starbucks in the area, which is unfortunate because it’s by a pretty busy hub for grocery shopping. Today was the last day I’ll be going to this location. There’s been issues with waiting time in the past or small things with my order, but today the person handling drive thru seemed completely untrained and lack of customer service skills. Not only was my drink made wrong and I had to wait for them to fix it, they then gave me the wrong size. Instead of admitting that she didn’t hear me correctly, or apologize she said “that’s just how it rung up”. It was clear to me this girl was new and I had already waited for one drink remake so I took it and left. But even after I made it clear I really wanted the other size, she still offered no solution or apology for her mistake. Mind you this location gets busy for sure, but today was the worse I’ve seen it. Each car having to wait several minutes just to order at the screen. Every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to is always so polite and quick with making drinks – I do not understand what is wrong with this location, but it’s apparent from the reviews that this is a pattern that should be addressed by corporate or the store manager. For me, I won’t be going to this location ever again. I’d rather drive to one of the good stores over in Mundelein.

They forgot to make my wife’s drink, so when we asked for a refund they were very obnoxious and then would only give a gift card, not an actual refund. So I buy something, you forget about it, then you are mean to us and decline a refund. Terrible. Please replace the counter staff with Robots as soon as possible.

I go here every morning on my way to work. Last week I went here and asked for a cup of ice , which I had done this a week prior, the girl at the drive through said she would have to charge me! LIKE REALLY I give you my business almost every morning and you want to charge for ice, when I told the manager the nerve of her to say their other option would of been their highly price bottle water (MAM if I wanted that I would of ordered it) SMH like Starbucks your already struggling for sales and to make customers pay for a cup of ICE if they don’t buy something is very SAD!!!

Visit very frequently. Today will be my last. Used the app to order. The app gives you a time to pickup. I was 1 minute early. But with how busy the drive thru line gets, I joined the line. The lady told me that I need to pay attention to the pickup time. Asked me to park and come in to get my drink. I agreed. Parked immediately and walked in… to find my drink ready with in 20 seconds. Seriously… they couldn’t have let me just wait 45 seconds in the drive thru line.
They have people who order crazy time consuming drinks, not in the mobile app, just from the drive thru line… and we all wait patiently for their drinks to be made and handed to them.
I will visit other establishments.

I specifically went here to get filtered water. I asked if I could buy a large cup (willing to pay). I was told they don’t give water. I said I wanted to buy it. He said there’s no way to put it in the computer and they don’t give water anymore….excuse me….what!? I had to pay for a $3 bottle of water for them to just give me the freakin large cup of ice water anyway, not bottled in a cup like I originally asked. Ridiculous and stupid!! I would’ve stayed and purchased something else once my friend arrived, but I went somewhere else. I will not be returning.
