I had to stray from my usual Starbucks location today but my experience here was just as wonderful.
Using the Starbucks app, I found this nearby location and placed a mobile order for three people. When I arrived, I went inside to pick it up, and everything was ready and waiting. The staff were friendly and smiling.
We ordered a Chai Latte with oat milk, brown sugar cold foam, and a sprinkle of cinnamon; a Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia; a Crispy Grilled Cheese on Sourdough; Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites; and the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich.
I can personally vouch for the egg bites, the Impossible sandwich, and the latte—they were all absolutely delicious. My friends had the same to say about their sandwiches. A five-star experience from start to finish.

Disappointed with my experience today. The blonde barista who appeared to be in her early to mid-20s seemed visibly annoyed while serving us, as if we were inconveniencing her. Customer service is a big part of why people choose Starbucks, and this interaction fell short. I hope management can focus more on proper training and professionalism.

Hands down one of my favorite Starbucks restaurants in the area!! The inside/outside area is great for studying. The staff here is very friendly and always makes my drinks right (lots of whip and carmel). Love coming here for pup cups also!!

I ordered a Frappuccino, and they gave me it with chocolate dripping down the side all the way to the bottom, but they did not give me any napkins. They also didn’t give me a straw. I asked for a coffee for someone else (who I specified wasn’t with me) and they just gave me it without a stopper or anything. I also ordered a third drink and they didn’t give me a carrying case for these 3 drinks. They also did not ask if I needed any of these things (although I’m not sure how I am supposed to drink a Frappuccino without a straw?) Anyways I am not satisfied with my experience, and I will forever go to the other Starbucks that is just 5 minutes away from this one to get much better service and drinks.
