After multiple occasions I’ve seen unsanitary conditions as far as the floor matts being washed in the dish washer and defensive rude behavior from the manager on duty at the time. I believe his name was Willy and he lacked zero accountability or customer service when approached on the matter. Very unprofessional

I came in and asked Matthew to make me a drink he thinks I would enjoy, typically, when I do this, I’m made something basic like a ice white mocha not that there’s any issue with that but he really pulled out all the bells and whistles he made me an amazing venti mocha cookie crumble with lining on the cup and mocha for white mocha, he said it tasted like an Oreo treat, boy was right! This location gained a longtime customer thanks to this pleasant experience, I will recommend to my friends 🙂

This location has a very friendly staff, and the drinks are always good. However the outside atmosphere needs to be kept up. If you are trying to get here from the east, you can’t get there without GIANT, DEEP potholes. I have had to go to different locations because of these. Very bad for your car. They also have another pothole on the tiny curved entrance if you are coming from the west, and most of the parking is on a gravel lot with lots of dips that floods. SO, if they would fix the outside area, I would definitely choose to go here more.

In past experiences at the drive-thru, drinks at this location are similar to my experience with most Starbucks, the staff is friendly. But beware of the parking lot which is very small and only has room for three or four cars, and massive craters (Not potholes, way bigger!). I tried to go into the coffee shop today to do some work while I waited on a car repair, but I couldn’t find a place to park, and almost wrecked my car in a pothole. Needless to say I left and went to another coffee shop to work.

The drinks, of course, are good. The look of the place gives off a modern, cozy feel perfect for staying and connecting to wi-fi. I haven’t tried any food in recent memory but they have some sandwiches that look pretty tempting.

Overall Starbucks satisfaction is at all times low because their quantity of stores around the area have compromised their quality and service, More baristas with little to no training or they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s hard and miss situation with drinks especially. Lattes are like hot water shaken espresso with more oat-milk than anything.
