Joseph was amazing!!! Best service from the East Coast to the Midwest! After driving across the country and having NO luck at any Starbucks, we stopped here and we ordered our “regular” items; asking for a caramel ribbon crunch with extra drizzle and crunch. Joseph served us and on their service alone, 10/10! Superior service, our order was perfect and we can set out on the road once again. Thank you for listening and righting many wrongs.

Stopped to get a coffee before a long drive. I went in and ordered a triple espresso with oat milk, 4 white chocolate syrup, and 1 vanilla syrup. The barista hands it to me with ice. I reminded her that I ordered it as a hot espresso, and she took the iced espresso back from me (which they are never supposed to take a drink back once it crosses the counter). She remade the espresso and handed it to me and as I walked away and sipped it, it was cold. I paid for cold coffee. At that point I didnt want to go back and forth anymore, so I went across the street to get gas before my 5 hour drive, all while sipping my cold coffee. First time I’ve ever walked away disappointed in my Starbucks drink.

Was in a hurry, went through the drive thru tonight, ordered a venti caramel macchiato, left got a mile away & when I drank it, it was literally like sugar creamer water.. worst ever & I didn’t have time to go back. Nothing about this was a macchiato (pics)& it wasn’t even full, so no clue how they wouldn’t know what they served.

Great tasting coffee as always but for the second time in a week the black coffee with cream was so full it spilled into the coffee holder in my and when I went to pour some of it out, it got on my hand. PLEASE stop filling them so high. The stopper doesn’t help.

I was dying with a bad flu and fever, I stopped by this Starbucks to get a medicine ball and I got home it, took me for surprise what they wrote in my cup. I like to say thank you, you guys made my symptoms better after that note and the tea was PERFECT – LOVE IT. This was on 3/21/25 around 4:30pm
